I have been in this work for 10+ years, and in my early days, I met a guy through the job, who I ended up dating (and I regretted it!) Anyway, I have changed my name, profile and area since then. I knew him around 12 years ago. I received a booking today for a job and thought nothing of it. However, he sent me a text after booking via the phone, asking if it was me. It really knocked me for six for some reason, because he knows alot about me, much more than I'd ever disclose these days. I told him that I wasn't comfortable with seeing him as a client, and that I felt tricked by his lack of disclosure over the phone. What do you guys make of it? I do not know why he would think it was appropriate to contact me this way, and to not say anything over the phone. It's a very odd situation, and I'm quite annoyed by it, but not entirely sure if I should feel annoyed
