I'm the same as the others above - I direct incall clients to the nearest tube station (I actually do this during the 9am confirmation call that I insist upon from all new clients - regulars are fine to text me - rather than at the time of booking. They already know my general area from my website etc) and then get them to call me for directions from there. I never write my address down anywhere for anyone and repeat clients almost always have to call again for directions cos it doesn't stick in the short-term memory very well, which is good.
Basically, whatever precise method you use, I think the most important thing is to make it a slight pain. I know this goes against general good business practice, but in our industry, it IS important to make yourself a little hard to find. Certain clients may shriek down the phone at you that they WON'T be visiting you UNLESS you text them your address IMMEDIATELY, but you can just hang up on them unless you fancy meeting a lunatic who values his penis over your personal safety. Giving directions carefully is a useful additional screening method (i.e. anyone who makes mad demands, or shows up with a 'friend', or anything else can be avoided as soon as they reveal themselves for the bad client they are).
I always wear a nice day dress over my lingerie when working. I've had clients request that I wear a dress or that I dress casually etc, which I'd assume is because lots of escorts do answer the door half-naked (or have a maid to answer the door cos it's a shared flat etc) - and I think many GFE clients like the aspect of undressing you which feels maybe more natural or whatever.
