Advice for Dublin / ROI
« on: 09 March 2023, 10:08:42 am »
Hi everyone,

I’m sorry if this has been asked before but I’m looking for current information and tips, whether the same old places to advertise is profitable in 2023.

If any of you who regularly tour (ideally Ireland, but actually anywhere I’d still appreciate the advice) as I’m a bit of a newbie. Would really appreciate any info you have.

> Mainly re. where to advertise, please drop me a DM with suggestions
Looking at EscortIreland but it’s more expensive than what I’m used to - is it worth it?

I’m already aware the legality is different for clients too. But legal for SPs.
I just know I’m already visiting for civvy reasons and looking to do perhaps a limited number of dates in the evenings alongside this.

Any advice appreciated, in DM please x

I’m going to be there in April anyway whether I work or not, so just thought I’ll try it out. Who knows, maybe I’ll get some clients ? ???  Mainly wanted advice about rates and where to place ads

Thank you anyway x

Belfast isn't in Ireland.

I haven't been for a few years OP so I'm not much help, but Escort Ireland was pretty much the only place to advertise that actually got bookings, although there were small pockets of Adultwork users mostly around Dublin Airport (so often Brits travelling on business or whatever) and Vivastreet might be worth a look - see what ads are there and if there are plenty then somebody must be using it. The timewasters there were so legendary I gave up on the place eventually just because the stress wasn't worth it for any amount of money.

We do have at least a couple of posters actually based in Ireland who might have some up to date information :)

Yes escort Ireland is very expensive but it is the main website to use throughout Ireland and a must to advertise on.On the plus side the website staff are possibly the friendliest and most helpful Ive ever come across.

Yes they are! If I remember they speak over WhatsApp and help put together your profile. If you pay extra to be at the top they ask what text you want over your profile picture and what colour. :)

As others have mentioned escort Ireland is really the only platform. I found it worth it, despite being pricey. Phone rang off the hook both times I went.

There are so so many timewasters and abusive men in Dublin ( as well as lovely ones) so please screen carefully and use UM for screening. I live in Meath about an hour from Dublin and have thousands of blocked numbers in my phone, for such a small country.

There is Locanto which is not too bad for advertising on both price wise and response wise, Vivastreet which is where most of the blocked numbers seem to use and Adultwork as well as Escort Ireland. I just use Locanto and AW personally.

If you have any further questions ask away

If you don’t mind me asking, how you screen in there? Guys rarely accept to go through screening process in Europe…

Answer is in the quoted post (UM stands for Ugly Mugs) :)

Thanks Amy for clarifying that for the poster.  ;D

Ugly Mugs is great and has certainly saved me from a lot of hassle. I highly recommend using it if you do decide to pay a visit to Ireland.

I also go with my instincts, and they are rarely wrong but there are telling signs in which I know full well a caller is a time waster and I dont even bother to get ready for their "appointment".

Best of luck if you do decide to go ahead and come over.
