Sadly there really is no answer to this question.... you only have to look at the "Slow at the moment or just me" thread to see that it is slow for some and busy for others every week of the year!!
That thread's been going for 7 years and is still always at the top of the board because it's always going to be a slow day / week for someone.

Nov Dec and all over Xmas , new year and the first 2 weeks of Jan very very busy
Then 3rd week of Jan the worst week ever in 15 years, although to be fair first time I've ever worked that week in Jan as I'm normally away for several weeks mid jan I now know why I'm away - cos it's dead
End of jan /feb ok, ticking over nicely but on holiday for two week mid feb so not a true picture
But did do two days in Birmingam as I was flying from there and it was very busy
March very good both at home and when touring
April took Easter off for 10 days
Back this week and it's been a lot better than I expected so fingers crossed will stay ok till I go away in May
