advice
« on: 02 February 2023, 01:34:50 pm »
so i m moving back on 1march, due to severals reasons the first i won t rely on cam anymore.

i m contact agency from abroad with good review to rent a flat 6months contract in a nice area with concierge. i will be very low volume 1 each day max.
so i can host a guest discretly. maybe a friend can visit it for me however i m not looking a flat for an active full time escort, you know what i mean...
i would keep stay in dubai as i m working also as escort and cam, but here i work with someone who live and work here since ever... i do not my ads because here you should go to hotels bar blabla, ads on website are a nightmare full of timewaster!

would you do otherwise about the flat? i m going to to look something at 2k by month more extra bill.
airnb or service apartment are just crazy expensive in LONDON i m open to be outside of london if it is a safe area.

thankssss
 :o

« Reply #1 on: 03 February 2023, 11:44:52 am »
i maybe find a beautiful place in stratford, i do not like the area to be honest but it is a safe building with everything needed close tube and westfield.
there is financial district near and carnary warf. do you think that could be good? there are lot of train also so maybe a nice spot?

it is a busy building with concierge but very busy that should be discreet. like a big hotels so people they will notice guests!

yeah or nah?

thanks

« Reply #2 on: 07 February 2023, 09:47:43 am »
hi, sorry i did not get many answer.

i found a nice place i do not like the area but it is a new development buiding with all facilities.
i like the building. they do not just 6 months contract or break clause. so i must to take it for 1 year

Stratford is not good for escorting, is close to Carnary wharf and the city

Stratford being on Elizabeth line is a big plus. And central and Jubilee. Close to the city. Check what's between you and other flats. If it's solid brick or concrete, that's perfect. If it's just plaster board walls and fake wood floors, it makes it very hard to work where neighbours can hear every sound. Also, see what clients have to do to get past the concierge. If they can just buzz you on an intercom and walk straight in with no interaction with the concierge, that's fine. If they need to say who they're visiting (ie your real name) or they have to show ID, it's probably unworkable.

I agree with Oz - I'm guessing you haven't been to view the flat if you're overseas, but have you at least had somebody you know (and preferably who can spot potential.work problems) have a look? A year on a flat with no break clause is a huge commitment, and if you don't like the area I can't see why you'd even consider it?

Obviously time is ticking and renting is horrific at the moment, but I'd be rethinking this one if only because I couldn't live somewhere I didn't like for a year with no get out.

yes, i agree. very hard to find a 6 break clause. i m trying. however yes i have a friend who know what i do that can do the viewing for me.
lot of scam in london about renting. i m looking for good agencies and asking the good questions. i m low volume and 2 guy each day max is not going to be noticed. i do not more anyway. i do lot of content and cam.

do viewing myself or someone in my behalf is not a big difference, i would say that my friend he is old punter English who know construction and honestly if he was not for him i would already take some hsit flat LOLOLOL no sound proof/thin wall bedsit build from nowhere.

i found one and was a big scam agency and fees that was a no sense, completely illegal
now i m looking for Canary wharf, waiting the landord after my offert with a good agency with good reputation. in a big building w reception but guest do not need to check in. anyway as it is not going to be be come and go clients i have the right to host 2 guests each day in day time. i m living like grandma LOL 11pm i m in bed so my working hrs are till 8pm. i think that it is going to be fine.
more i m not in that screaming crazy hardcore, a simple moaning never did that, i made sure that they are soundproof

the rent market in London is a nightmare TBH lot of scam agencies.

i m going to live there, do cam and work part time when i have good screened punters old regular that respect neighbours eheh
i do not meet everyone. doing 2k by month just escort is fine for me. if i do more better.
i can outcall as canary lot of hotel

not sure if i moving eheh maybe i m staying more in dubai.
so everything depends.

anyway when i taken my first flat in 2017 i was just starting as escort no idea how to look for a flat. if you are low volume you can make it works???
my flat in notting hill wasn t sound proof damnnnn

more i have my brother real one live there and he know what i do.

Make sure the area you move to is relatively productive for escorts wherever possible.

I agree for what it is worth that camming is unprofitable. I am keeping Streamate on as a second option but giving it a big swerve for now.

Canary wharf should be fine as area for work and living. it is not trashy. empty on weekend i suppose. anyway Notting hill was not either a good spot IMO
it was not great for commute, people were coming just to see me was not something that many can at lunch time if you know what i mean. potentially canary some can visit lunch and post office hrs.

paddinghton i found handy close station but i do not like the area, same euston but full of students means parties building LOL

city is good also if it is EC but a big no for shoreditch too trashyyyyyyyy, i would not like there if i could make money. ahah
i want something kind of classy. like Chelsea and South kens also or myfair however flat are old, and i do not trust constructions probably need more maintenance than new building. Marylbone also good, still old building. Soho too busy and noisy

::) someone suggested Battersea but i do not like the area, transport etccccc

omg let s see what i found ahah

Difficult in London as so many factors and too much choice and all have pros and cons.

Though I only ever did civvie jobs all the years I lived there.

I found Stratford very busy last time I went. As long as you see clients of all races I think you'd be busy there. But I'd say there's probably more money in Canary Wharf.

Do I remember you prefer long bookings? I remember doing a lot more short bookings in Stratford.

See I don't get that Lushblossom because I do really well on SM although this month is absolutely dead, I think maybe I do well though because I was a touring escort and with hotels and travel it cost me a lot so now I feel like I earn more as a cam model as no overheads and don't need to leave the house  ;D.

I'm in EC3 and you wouldn't get a cardboard box in a shop doorway for £2K a month here. If you were extraordinarily lucky you might get a studio the size of my bathroom :D

Battersea has better transport connections than Chelsea (which doesn't even have a tube station) but I loathe west London so I'm biased. Canary Wharf is a dystopian hell hole full of angry nutters IME, but the transport connections are great and at least there's a massive Waitrose 😊

i think that Canary here is out. just reading posts and some dms. however uhmmm i try to find something modern in other area. i m not in that kind posh or idk how to describe... i m still a simple girl but i found lot of flats are old and not so aesthetically refurbished unless is an hotel room. not lot attractive for hosting. Canary is better about that. so i declined a nice one yesterday with bills 3k $ too much lol

or you consider 3k dollars ok for a studio was beautiful w facilities. i wont work just to pay rent, i want to live and save. more fixed term 1y too much IMO but maybe i m wrong. so keep looking with agencies with good reputation open to almost all areas

even agencies are agreeing that the market is crazy, overrated letting bc not lot of sale atm.

it sucks. so almost gave up ahahah

Streamat e always put me on the front page so the algorithms must be good but it rarely bears fruit.

From Monday my son will make himself scarce up to twice a day so I can at least do escort meets again as my son's temporary contract ended Xmas Eve. His employers are cutting back. That way we can stay fed and watered as things getting bit desperate.

Sorry to digress.

Thats good  :) hopefully you will do well, I have noticed I have to sit on for longer hours at the moment but I will stick with it as it's easier for me  :).
