has anyone managed to get in eros usa with a passport from any country other than US? i don't know what's happening but im finding it a nightmare. i build my ad and it has been returned twice after submitting my spanish id. been a week now since im trying. i hv know come to the conclusion that they may need my passport and not id, so i have just submitted spanish passport and lets see what happens. in their advertising agreement, the section that says what type of id's are accepted, it covers for usa uk italy and canada. which i hv read in detail and basically you need a government id for one of these countries but it doesn't talk about other nationalities that want to advertise in these countries but don't have a local id. i would leave it if it wasn't because my card has been charged already $380 for basic+vip upgrade. i didn't expect them to charge me until ad is live. but im very disappointed also about the fact they don't reply emails. does anybody know of a phone number i can reach them? i really regret trying to advertise here.
