Has anybody accrued credits on Adultway and withdrawn them successfully?

I placed a withdrawal request in August and was given the 16th September as the receiving date. I haven't received them and my emails to them are going unanswered. It's only a small amount that's taken me 2 years to accrue so I definitely won't be bothering them anymore after this.

I've got my details on it but no idea if I've had any valid bookings from it. You know what blokes are like when you ask them where they found your details!
