I have an etiquette section but its all about their responsibilities, not mine (my feeling is thats covered elsewhere & you shouldn't have to swear on a bible that your place is discreet, you are on your own, there are no huge guys waiting to mug people etc etc)
I have 3 sections - one covering behaviour in the run up to the booking, one for during the booking and a list of unacceptable behaviours that would mean the booking was terminated immediately.
