I need a place to offer incalls from and I am possibly thinking of renting a place. What are the things to keep in mind when looking for somewhere suitable for taking bookings from?

 I live up North so can easily find somewhere that costs around £350 - £500 per month, not including council tax and bills. Having these things to pay on top does put me off however! Are serviced apartments a better way to go? And if I was to use serviced apartments how often would I be able to use the same one without the owners getting suspicious?
