I'm curious about this too! I mean there's obviously some male escorts out there for sure, but the only directories for them always look like scams! Or like on AW where they are either cockshots or...

I don't think any of these wealthy dowagers go in for the cockshot, but there must be some classy directory for men out there for that kind of thing.

A more upmarket looking AW with no barebackers, fake profiles etc could do well but AW has so much functionality now, it will be hard to compete.

It's been tried at http://www.youadults.com/ - I signed up last June or July when it started (and it was an EXACT copy of Adultwork, although it appears to had a bit of a rethink, and looks much better). I pestered the lady who set it up to remove bareback from the tick-boxes, and she did.

I've just checked my profile; it has had 1950 views since I joined, I have had two emails (both from timewasters) and needless to say, no bookings through the site whatsoever. I put my Adultwork one up in February last year (four months or so beforehand) and that profile has had over 25,000. There is nothing wrong with the site except that it's completely surplus to requirements - punters are creatures of habit and if they have found a reliable source of information they are not likely to go traipsing through Google looking for the also-rans.

I'd not seen that one before, shame they didn't fare any better.

And yes I agree, new directories have an uphill struggle as guys will mainly stick with the ones they know, as long as new girls keep being added.

I think there are real directories for guys but i would have thought they were pretty much off shoots from the same ones we use.  And it is the fact that we get told straight male escorting is so rare that raises this question for me.  If i wasnt listed on any directories at all i would get some business but not much.  And im only aiming at a local market so its easy for them to find me with really simple searches and ive always assumed that male escorts would need to go further afield especially if not based in one of the larger cities.  no offense to Wolverhampton meant but it wouldnt be part of my main google search if i were looking for a guy.

I'm going to have a go now and see how easy you are to find... I dont think ive ever looked for a male escort before, This could be a giggle.  Who knows what i might find ladies... i will let you know!   ;D

I got to page 14 of Google before I got bored, gave up and went back to retouching my client-birthday-present pussy pics. Who knew you could have freckles there :D?

Well, in an odd kinda way that kind of brings me to my next question.  We hear all the time on this forum and on others about stolen profiles and photos being used and tampered with on new sites.  I always presumed this was to bulk out a site and make it look more creditable in its early stages, no one wants to be the first to a party and all that.  So if your not going to fill up in this way (I'm going to assume you have no plans to steal others profiles etc) then how do you plan to market the site and get escorts signing up.  Especially if your charging for the privilage.  You must get the same amount of emails that we do every week asking us to sign up to yet another directory, how are you going to get people to not just ignore it and delete?

I've thought on this one too, There are a few directories I didn't sign up to that seemed quite...thin on the ground, and made me think they were fledgling or new, but then some that seemed well established had like 10 profiles with the same girl! So far touch wood I haven't found my profile anywhere it shouldn't be. I don't know if you can go with your gut on this sort of thing or not :)

No i cant find him either.  I throw the challenge out to everyone else.  Ive done  - male escorts uk, male escorts england, male escorts west mids, male escort wolverhampton.  i then did the same but changed the word escort for prostitute and i only went to page 6 on any of them.  I found mostly directories, a couple of gay guys but no straight men.  I dont know what else you would put in to a search engine really.

I dont think i have any freckles on my pussy but i will be taking a pic and having a look pretty soon im sure!!

Hello! girl there is another website that I on and I've gotten the same results. It seems to be a spinoff of another website. I've gotten 900 views since I joined, a few bullshit emails and no bookings as of yet. And for some reason they all seem to be advanced bookings, none which have gone through. In fact Im supposed to be due one today...its the 25th!

The popular sites are where they come from. Whatever shows up first on google I guess. I play with google and see what sites come up first by keyword.

Hi Trafford,

Thanks for the feeback, sorry for the delay getting back, had to go out for a while,

Like all such websites, they take time to establish but also serve to ensure that there are always alternative resources for any given need.

Hi,

About charges, I was thinking along the lines of free listings, trying to figure out the best approach for that.

One idea would be to offer two levels, basic listing - no link required, the other would be a Premium link which would have a banner, live screenshot of site, live mapping, client form for bookings etc etc but link required.  If link is removed, the link would automatically be dropped.

Now, what we could do is offer adds say, 468 and 120 ads which would relate to a specific town or city for a annual fee of x, ads to cover that complete area, and global ads to cover the whole UK etc.

I need a few banners 468x60 and 120x600 to test this idea out so if anyone is interested me me know.

Banners are fairly easy to make if you need testers.
