which agency to use & safety

Can anyone recommend a agency. Or know of any good ones or which ones to avoid many thanks .
on another note which details do you take for a outcall booking ?
As recently I have tried taking a name phone number and hotel booking confirmation, basically the last one is to protect me against people not showing up.
If its a personal residence I would take a land line number and check the number and name against the details of the address
I'm worried if this is being detrimental to potential business any thoughts & which details do you take ?

It may help if you say roughly where you are, but very few people know of any agencies that could actually be recommended. If anyone does, they should do it via the private message function - if you get anyone pimping their own agency, please let the mods know.

Both those bits of screening are good - have you seen the main SAAFE site?
