Slightly offtopic, but how do you folks know that you haven't had an "accident" if you never get the rag? I considered switching to the hormonal coil, but I'm absolutely mortified of the (minuscule) chance of BC failing and me not finding out that I'm pregnant early enough to get rid of comfortably. >.>

Happy to answer but not being a native speaker not sure what "rag" is (period????) and BC????

We're soooo off topic:)

Oh ok. Got it.
Well you can be on the pill and still get pregnant. There's always a risk I think (though it's just tiny) My way of thinking is the moment you get pregnant your body starts ringing all alarm bells: morning sickness etc so you just know. I think when we get pregnant our body "tells us" we are pregnant and unless you are a third worl country undereducated woman you just know.

Being on BC doesn't mean you don't have to listen to your body. That's my point.

Sadly, depending on a lot of factors, the onset of early pregnancy symptoms can vastly vary from a person to person and they don't really start before the fourth week for most people, either. I've known people who've gone the whole first trimester with nothing particularly out of the ordinary to signal the pregnancy, thus my worries. Ho hum. Welp, guess it's time to tie my tubes, less paranoia that way. ;D

I know I haven't had an accident because using condoms and the pills makes for a incredibly small chance of a baby. Also, you can see quite clearly if the condom splits.

As for cleansing, there really is no need. Research the pill, stopping for 3 months and then restarting it doesn't cleanse your body. The risks of taking it remain the same, break or not.

Oh that makes me feel better (though the total planned was 6 months)! I'll google everything tomorrow and will just get back on it. I don't give a shit about the "bad blood" thing (unless you ask me to dance topless to Taylor Swift song:))))

I agree. I think pill plus condom combined chances of getting pregnant are almost nothing. And those who get pregnant and "don't notice" are extremely rare.

So happy. What a brilliant time it was over the weekend. I feel energetic still. It was more about the companionship. How lovely it was going out to places together while there. A week was discussed and wouldn't get tired. The whole experience didn't feel like work at all being very relaxed.

I'm on the train still looking forward to going back home catching up with missed calls and texts.

Yes it sure would be a breeze if every client was like this.
