Hi
I'm new to all this and was just wondering who knows about your "secret life"?
Ive had to tell some close members of my family and a close friend because of childcare, i had to tell my mum and she has gone off on one so now i think maybe she will tell everyone

Hi,

Practically everyone knows in my life, but that is because I have very open minded family and friends. That is not the normal situation though.

I would say that most people tell very little, to even close family and friends as it always seems to cause issues.

Whilst lying is clearly not good, you may want to think about either simply working when any child(ren) are at school/nursery for now. You can then be seen to be giving up the escorting. I mainly work 10-4 anyway, all outcalls.

Whilst offering incalls does make it easier, with the right (free) advertising and marketing, you can be just as busy.

I told my family and friends, those who stuck around are still here and we do not discuss work. I had a very good friend of mine well so I assumed look after my daughter while i worked and paid her 50pounds a day. Then when the truth came out I employed an aupair and now that she is at school she goes to afterschool which she loves and I only pay 50pounds a week.

If you are having problems with friends and family members, the best thing to do in my experience is to ignore them, cut them out of your life if need be. You are doing this to support yourself and your son, you do not need people in your life who are there to drag you down.

Just set rules for yourself and stick to them and if anybody has anything to say to you you keep your head up high. Oh, and expect a visit from Social Services but as long as you can prove that your child is out of harms way and that he is happy and a contented child and that your house and you are not a mess then you will have their support more than anything else.

Im new too, and nobody other than the hubby knows about what i do.I have two children so its very hard to get appointment(well thats what im finding anyway).Im trying to dort out hotel stuff just so i can offer incalls but its far from ideal

do have a few friends who know what i do!!but always feel judged!,but i truly believe my 2 other friends who also wg are the people i trust and i know i can be honest with... and yes social services will come around if they hear as had that many years ago when the children were small,but as was said they leave you alone if they see every thing ok! did feel very judged at the time...now i dont tell any one any thing at all..simple as that.xxxxx

I totally get the whole Mum thing. I said this before once, but my very first posting when I joined here was to do with my loopy ex outing me and showing my Mum my AW profile. She nearly disowned me and I thought I was gonna have to pack my stuff and go (I was still at uni, but completely pack up and leave if that makes sense).

She doesnt know I "restarted" a while back. I have hinted a few times because sometimes it can get very lonely in this job (especially if I am on call for the agency), and she keeps saying I am an adult, I can do as I wish, but I am better than that and doing all this.

Sadly, I cant tell people what I do, as I am also in a profession which prohibits me from doing escorting. If found out, the consequences could be horrendous x

Im expecting a visit from social services but everything will be fine i hope, my son is cared for by my uncle, i work two shifts a week both outcalls while my son with my uncle who i pay to look after my son, and my son is fine so we will see! Ive told my gran, aunty and uncle, and friend ive told everyone else im not doing it anymore - seen as im only doing two shifts noone should miss me x

I told my two closest friends.
However i always have a rule when i begin dating someone & we get to know each other well i always tell them thetruth.. I bend it a tad by saying "it was years ago "
Noone has ever had a problem with me doing it so far
