A confession I have to share

Ok, so I will keep this brief.

Today, I saw one of my favourite clients- he is lovely, absolutely lovely- a real gentleman. He is also quite a bit older than me....

Today, while we were sitting having a chat and a cup of tea, I was listening to him and in a moment of what can only be described as freudianly weird and highly distressing, I thought "ahhh. You are so sweet. I wish you were my grandpa".

OH.MY.GOD. What the hell is wrong with me?!?!??!?!?!?! :o

I must have done a cartoon-style judder of my head when I came back to reality and realised quite what this thought entailed, because he actually said "are you ok?!" and I just squeaked "yes!" and composed myself again.

Do I need to go and talk to a psychologist?! WAAAAAAAAAAAH!

Wow...see, thats one of the reasons I find it hard to date my own race. Im sure someone will probably want to tell me off, but I dont care. Its just my own unique perception. Reason being is, I grew up around 5 men and only 1 woman, mom. And Im a guy, just to remind you.  and very few of my clients even happen to be my race, ha...so its rare that I see them in that light. i'd be freaked even to meet a guy who came close to that.

What does race have to do with thinking a bloke reminds somebody of their grandad??

Its not the race factor, its a combination of also being a guy. I mean wouldnt you feel the same if you met a woman who reminded you of your mom, or grandma? Of course there wont anything intimate involved because the sexuality is different...but you get what Im saying. Maybe me and Carla are the only ones  :D

I guess I can't identify, as I'm not attracted to my sex. But as Carla talks about a guy, how are you and her of the same mind?

I have to say I don't really get that either Joey, lol, unless I went with the cliche that all black men look the same (...and before someone says anything, that's not what I believe, lol)

Carla, your cry for help there did make me laugh, but being serious for a minute, as long as you were not actually having the grandad thought at the same time as you were having sex or fondling him, I don't see anything wrong with that kind of thinking.
