Journalists

Hi everyone,

I need to get back to work but really paranoid about journalists. Does anyone have any info on how I can protect myself from/avoid them?

Not sure if I would get by just seeing AW members with feedback? I usually work under the Nordic model so find that defers the journalists so haven't had to worry about this until now.

xx

Is there a particularly newsworthy reason that makes you think a journalist would be interested in you? Obviously don't post it here if it's likely to be outing :).

You can employ all the usual techniques to avoid being filmed and there are threads about it here if that's what you're concerned about. Nothing's foolproof, but journalists aren't generally a sophisticated lot ::).

As long as you don't work from your home and not using your real name and like already said, No filming. I never thought about being filmed unless a phone but it's been posted that secret cameras can be in car keys, Glasses. No way adding to paranoia but I've only seen one article during covid on a lady working and the situation was not like the average independent lady. From reading the online papers, Does journalism even exist anymore, I think not. Anyway I work from my flat and just do my best to go on talking on the phone, After a year being a escort I got a feel and instinct for genuine bookings. But, And I want to ask other ladies on a separate post, I do ask for new clients with no AW feedback for a WhatsApp pic of a drivers licence. This may be nieve of me but when I first started I didn't know about saafe or had any other girls to ask advice.

But to be honest I wouldn't be too worried about journalists pretending to be a client, Trying to imagine how far for research would they go lol
