If you're living or working from an address where you aren't allowed to escort (stuff in the lease about running a business from home or use for 'immoral purposes' for example) then again, they could cause trouble for you
Nope. No bank would ever pass on details of your bank account to a third party, for example your land lord.
To do that breaks a number of laws.
The bank would be screwed, totally.
Never gonna happen.
ps. if I ever thought that was about to happen to me, say by a career-suicide bank teller illegally passing on my account activity to my land lord, or anyone who are not the authorities waiving a court order
---I'd just sit back with a warm glowing feeling from the huge amount of money I would receive in compensation from said bank.
Anyway, it's just not gonna happen.
