I've read the other posts, but just wondering if there are any particular suggestions for the first one.

Ride him on the floor - love it Violette! Another thing that gets them going is if you do it near an open window or balcony. Or in front of a mirror. I find standing up with him taking you from behind gets them going or them standing up and you kneeling to give them a blow job with lots of eye contact.
