With the new pornography rules that don't allow films with spanking, face sitting, female ejaculation etc how does this affect uploaded content?

How will this affect sites like adultwork? Is it still legal to upload content such as movies with face sitting and spanking?

I have no idea how this new law works

 

Saturn spirit, if you google 'obscenity lawyer' and 'ATVOD' you will get a legal run down of what is and isn't in the new legislation. It's more nuanced than 'no spanking' or 'no face sitting', for example: no spanking that can leave more than trivial marks. It IS very confusing/abitrary and a lot of how this will be policed remains to be seen.

I can't believe the government is stepping back into 1950's. Most of these new laws are from a woman who was murdered by some guy obsessed with torturing porn, and her parents lobbied to have S&M and similar types of porn banned ( with the help of newspapers like Dailymail, who will do anything to sensationalize headlines, ironically I am sure their male journalist love watching porn ). It never occurred to them maybe he was just a psychopath who was going to murder whether or not he watched porn. So female ejaculate is on par to bestiality now?

It's the police - the BBFC rules are based on what the police want to prosecute.

It won't be AW users who are at risk, it will be AW itself. We'll see how they change their rules or whether they attempt to go 'we're based on Mars' or wherever they are pretending to be run from now.
