TV series - Modern Work
« on: 02 November 2018, 03:46:57 pm »
Hello,
I’m working on a new TV series.
We’re looking to speak to people that are using sex work (whether it be escorting, stripping or online Cam work) to help supplement their income from a more traditional job as they simply don’t earn enough or consistently enough from their chosen professions.
We want to highlight how the working landscape has now changed, making pursuing a traditional career much more unstable and precarious. With the advent of the gig economy and zero hour contracts, many people are now forced to supplement their income to make ends meet.
It would be great to hear from anyone that might have pursued this as an option. We’d of course keep their identity anonymous and appreciate the sensitive nature involved. We wish to speak to people in a purely non judgemental manner and we don't wish to stigmatize sex work or workers.
If this sounded like something you’d be willing to discuss, it would be great to hear from you,
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch via the following email: modernwork@rumpusmedia.co.uk

Our first 'paid for' media request, thank you.
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."
