This is so sad. I've donated and hope many others will as well. I don't really know how these things work but if some sort of trust was to set up in her name to fight for decrim I'd be happy to support it.

It's dreadful news and very sad - I didn't see Laura anywhere near as often as I would have liked, but I'm fortunate enough to have had a good catch up with her a couple of weeks ago and I'm very glad I did as she was one of the warmest and most genuine people I know. I had no idea I'd never see her again.

May she rest in peace, although I suspect wherever she is she'll get bored with that before long.

Truly terrible terrible news. I saw Laura speak at a conference only weeks back.
Awesome woman. Dreadful loss this. So so sad.

I've just seen this and can't comprehend that Laura was so young and has passed.

I never met her but she gave me some great advice when I first started (online).  An inspirational woman.

I am really grateful for this thread and have made a donation.  This is the first time I am hearing about Laura and after doing a little research I am so touched at what a wonderful and courageous women she was. I am grateful for the fight she pursued for our rights and may we go forth until we reach our goal for equal human rights. With Laura?s spirit with us!
