I'm a female beginning  a photo documentary project about American female sex workers (web cam worker, therapist, escort, dancer, etc..) that depicts them in a positive light. With each environmental portrait I want to have a few quotes from an interview with them about why they chose this profession and what obstacles they face and from whom. What are some things about your profession that you'd like people to know?

Portraits will not be of "sex workers," but will show some other aspect of your life. The point being to show that women who work in this profession are just like everyone else.

I'm located in NC but can travel a bit. The goal of this project is to help decriminalize prostitution.

I can provide you with some head shots for your time but there is no funding for this project yet.
