I completed the survey. A lot of questions. I spent about 30 minutes on it. Got to the end and there were options to receive payment by amazon dot com voucher or paypal. No amazon uk voucher. I'm not giving my personal email for paypal and amazon dot com voucher is a bit useless to me.

I actually gave an email and didn't even receive the euros 

I'm so sorry for the trouble with pounds! The payment form has been updated so you should see an option to request pounds through Paypal or a giftcard through Amazon.co.uk.

Just an update on this. I've had an email asking if I would prefer amazon.co.uk vouchers for participating at lunch time and they arrived this afternoon.  I took part on the 8th. Pehaps the issue is fixed.

Yes, I'm sorry there's a bit of a delay! We process the payments manually. But you will definitely hear from us within a day or two at the most.

I realise that you are very probably inundated /,,busy but I completed the survey/study 3 or 4 days ago & have not received my Amazon voucher ...

I cannot PM you with the details & obviously do not want to cite on a public forum but I gave my personal email address (which includes my real name) for the voucher to be sent

I'm wondering if I have incorrectly input the email add. at the end of the survey - v possible if I was tired & not concentrating properly (as is often the case these days  !)

Is there a way I can contact you directly with those details so you could check if there is a record of my survey? It's also quite possible that my entry has somehow been lost 'in the ether' methinks as I have a patchy/poor WiFi signal where I live... If not I'm quite happy to do it again & resubmit - I just didn't want to do that without checking first
