Is this even lawful? The police have to have reasonable suspicion that a crime is being committed before they can stage an actual raid. A couple of coppers just turning up on your door do not have automatic right of entry as they are constables of the law and there to protect the people, we are people. Or are the laws different in Scotland. I know in the UK people THINK they have to allow the police into their property by law but they dont if they are not committing a crime and the Police have to state what the crime is if they want to come in without a search warrant.
