I'm looking for an IT genius experienced in SEO and creating a business website that will rank high in google when clients look for specific sensual massage services in the central London area. I've had techies from India cold calling me but I'm would rather hire someone in this country with experience and a proven record of websites that rank high on google. Are you looking for someone to create your website or just to do SEO? You'll need to niche down on your keywords to get found, for example, milking table service *your area* or PVC and Leather fetish specialist *your area*, etc. Your area should be a place in London as London is too generic. If you know how to put a WordPress website together, you can do it yourself.

Try upwork - people on there are good and if you email some prospects directly they will work with SWs.
I would say In my opinion google ranking takes time so the sooner you start the better
