I spoke with my 'contact' and he told me that you no longer have to wait, but Ive just tried to change my main pic and got this:

The modifications you made have been refused.

The modifications you have made to your advert have been refused and therefore your new advert cannot be published.
Rest assured, the previous version of your advert will remain live on the website.
Please try and modify your advert again, ensuring that the below conditions are met:

The ad must conform to the rules of the adverts category and more generally to the rules of the site.
Your ad description must be complete and accurate.
Prices are entered within the correct fields.
All information required by law - depending on the category chosen - should be included.
The price of the item/service being sold must be clear and coherent.
The same ad cannot be posted several times on the site.
The uploaded photos must correspond to the proposed advert offering.

Not on this occasion but I had that last month and to make it more frustration it happened on a weekend. I never have issues when my contact is on though.
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

I was unable to post an advert. I got a message very similar to the one above.

I literally copied and pasted the text from my last advert.

I have read the rules... We can't allude to prostitution? WTF?

There is a way around this, keep it sweet and simple wording and photos.

I feel your pain girl. Same shit happened to me.

They made my ad inactive on two different occasions - first time was because I had the word "rimming" and the second time I had the word "quickies"  :FF I can understand about rimming, but quickies  ??? And 'sensual' is just retarded!

I sent them a very long email basically stating that Ive had the word on my ad for MONTHS with no prior issues until that day - but more importantly their posting rules does not state that this is forbidden: vivastreet.co.uk/s/legal

If they were not bringing me as much clients as they currently do I would of sacked them off months ago  ::)

VS are really trying my patience today  :FF :FF :FF

So for some unbeknown reason my modifications (where Im only trying to change my main pic) is being refused. Called HO and spoke to my 'contact' and he cant explain either  >:( Even when I go to 'modify' then 'publish my ad' (making no modifications whatsoever), I get the same refusal message!!!!! What a joke!!

He then tells me that close ups or pics in panties and a bra are no longer allowed. Well, (excuse my French) but that really makes no fucking sense!!! I said to him, not only is my main pic (thats currently live on your site which I cant modify) is a close up but what type of pics do VS expect us to post in the escorts section? Us in jeans and a jumper?  He laughed...

They seriously need to do what AW do and have a link on their website clearly stating what types of pics (and words) are permitted/forbidden. My contact keeps telling me that the system auto responds to the info given and accepts/refuses automatically, but someone has programmed that system havent they? Its absolute bs in my eyes...

It works well in certain areas not all. This is why I don't mind paying ?350 for a package deal. Rather than ?800 a month.

Keep it sexy and simple for them to leave the ads alone it works for me after having them on my case several times. They must have a program installed that discards ads with certain words. Like we can get on apps or on the latest phones. Saves the work.

I know right?!  ::)

We are sex workers ffs! We post pics to lure men in & get them horny so they'll pick up the phone and make a booking. If VS dont want below the waist or tits out (which I dont do on any of my ads anyways) thats fine but I honestly dont understand the issue with words like 'sensual' or 'quickie', let alone now putting a restriction on me in my bra and knickers!

Im all for keeping within the rules but lets face it; some of these rules are batshit. If we can no longer post pics in knickers and a bra or close ups then what the fuck can we post? Pics of our feet or hands? Oh wait, thats a close up so that wont be allowed....  :FF

My frustration more then anything is that I can never seem to get a simple answer/resolution to my issue and they keep changing the rules when there is nowhere on their site that clearly states what is and isnt permitted... Grrrrrrr
