I am returning to London for 3 months after a year off business and I’d like to rent a two bedroom flat in Holborn.

However because I won’t be long - 3 months only - and flats I inquired about they want a 6 month minimum contract (plus deposit) i am looking for a sharer.

So perhaps you want a long let flat and are interested in sharing with me from beginning, for 3 month and then remain in the place after I travel.

You pay the deposit, I pay the first month. 

Then you pay the second, i pay the half-third, and you pay the half third. .

In the end of the 3 months I will have paid half and you half of total tent. And you will have the flat for youself to rent out the remaining time of the contract.

You must need to be drug free and tidy.
