I can't help much apart from seems popular as two Brit SWs I know of have recently moved there...tho it's actually a massive live volcano overdue for eruption.

I don't know anyone but would love to know where you get the punters from. Might consider it myself.  Property is so much cheaper out there and you get so much more. Last time I looked, you could rent a finca with a great sized garden for around £500 a month.
