'Selected' sounds a little condescending I think .
Articulate , educated and well groomed sounds a little better in my opinion , but hey !

High class is a term/ word that is bandied about a lot but doesn't really say much other than ' better than someone else'.

Usually to the contrary.

High class and advertised as such often says that they want to be and I'd never ( not that I think it or anyone that knows me would think I'm up my own arse)want to be or assume myself to be .

IMHO it smacks of a class system that I try to avoid.

I see guys from all walks of life , often in the public eye but I still don't say high class , personally I think it really sounds pretentious
