I have been overseas almost two years, returned to London End of August 2021 and going again December 2021 (and returning to UK perhaps May 2022).
I have been working in London since 1996 but in the last five years I worked sporadically and I am so sorry if I have let anyone down in the past. If I did, it was not intentionally.
I just read a message of someone saying that I wasted her time and I am so sorry if I did.

My family overseas is not in good healthy, I lost a brother, and so on. Many unexpected tragedies and i can not be sure what was the reason or when I wasted someone time.

I just want to say sorry, if you read it, as you asked me not to PM you ever again.
