Just a quick thought if anyone is looking to buddy up for sharing a rental property from the autumn?

I am happy to have the property in my name, I will only be using it part time though, max. 3 days a week. So looking to share costs and also gain a new friend, too!
I am currently looking for properties in North East Wales and Chester and would also like to hear from you if you already have a property in those areas you would be happy to let out a room to me.

I currently have a suitable, modern with good parking rental property in North West Wales that I am looking to let to working girls when I am not using it, I am always busy there.
