Warning: I did saw two months ago a gorgeous lady "in style" getting kicked out by  the manager infront of everyone from a mayfair hotel bar. It was a bit painful to watch to be honest. Do keep in mind that bar staff and managers will know right away what you're up to within half an hour of you being there and will kick you out (unless of course they have a "hookers are ok" policy which is not the norm in those upscaled Mayfair bars).

I'm sure that in order to avoid that the manager has done his homework before and made sure she's a real prossie and not the Duchess of Holland who decided to dress in PVC that day. A mistake like this could cost a manager his/her job.
