Company wanted for Ireland
« on: 30 November 2011, 11:30:39 am »
Have been too scared to try it before plus haven't got a clue about it so am looking for a WG who wants to come on tour with me.

It would have to be somebody who has knowledge of the best places to stay. They would have to have 2 bedrooms.  Would maybe want help with the ads and where to put etc.

I would want to travel from Belfast to Dublin and back or vice versa. Ideally a west coast on way down and east coast on way back or something. I haven't got a clue.

I would drive us everywhere and go by ferry.

Am flexible with the timing but would want at least a fortnight. Any time after New year good for me.

I just do sensual massage so we wouldn't be in competition with each other.x
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

To be honest  driving is a nightmare  - well not driving but parking unless your in a hotel that has parking you will be paying a fortune to park 30 +++ a day min to park anywhere

lots of the serviced apartments dont have parking  or you pay more for it
if your just going to to dublin and belfast then just fly   you wont find it easier if you have a car   or if your really want one then rent it when you get there   unless you get a smashing deal on the ferry for your car

Personally i would fly over  get the airport bus to belfast   then use the bus and train to get where your going
irish rail ( just google it) is very good and realliable and if you book on line at least 2 hours before  you can get dublin to cork  for 10 -30 euros if you book on the day at the trainstation its at least 70 euro
bus from belfast to dublin  2 hours   15 pounds
get a taxi to wherevver your going to stay to once youve decided where your gonna go 20 euros
dublin to cork by train 2 and a half  - 3 hours    30 euros
and then back to dublin to fly home

The South of Ireland is very very quiet at the moment. Belfast was very quiet when I was home near 2 weeks ago but hoping it picks up as I'm going home on Monday.
