Nothing like walking in to my room seeing my client face down, spreadeagled and starkers on my couch apart from a bright white pair of cotton ankle sports socks! No, just no! It's not a nice sight at all   

This plus it's just a habit men have I think. They take the watch off before going to bed.
Btw have you ever noticed how some guys will take their watch/car keys/whatever and put it into their shoe?? LOL
A few told me it's not to lose stuff.

I do that - if I'm going to have a massage or treatment I put my watch and any jewellery in my trainers / shoes
It's my way of knowing that I won't lose or forget anything when getting dressed
