I find if I'm on my way out shopping, someone calls and you're 50/50 about what to do. Last night I was going late night shopping and someone who's emailed me on AW phoned to book but I decided to shop.

It's not just that you lose out on a bit of money but you could potentially lose a regular. If it's someone who books lots of different ones then they might call you again but sometimes they don't. If I'm meeting a friend say, then I have no regrets about turning them down but really, shopping can be done anytime which I'm always doing! It just gets addictive.
