The coil (mirena) stops heavy periods completely. That's why they put one in me. I had menorhyygia - extremely heavy periods for many days, I would use a bathtowel between my legs at night. I now spot on occasion. It's the treatment for heavy periods.

Gosh, I just come on my period and a worse timing than this wasnt possible.. I am desperate for the bookings in the next 2 days. my life really depends on it! Please, anyone got an idea about what I could do, thank you. :(

I always work during a period,it can be triciky on the heaviest day,once a client managed to pull the sponge out,just a little embarrassing but am past caring,explained thats what we do,he didn't have a prob with it x

How did he pull it out? When on my period with the sponge in no fingering as a rule. I just make up some excuse that am sore or quickly change position.
