I had to laugh out very loud.... how can you hate someone... that MIGHT have HIV... civi sex does not give HIV.. special peps huh.... Oh and never mind that we are the least likely to have unprotected sex.  My local GUM clinic does not see us as the issue when it comes to STD's and I cannot see that being a location thing.

I've not got the energy for a full-on hate-read right now but the top bits of that page (basically talking about how making money by selling sex is actually quite a smart thing to do if you're good at it, and how it's got nothing to do with self-esteem because you get miserable non-prossies and proud prossies and vice versa and everything in between, etc etc) seem fine so I'll stick with that!

(Someone in there thinks "the average male" has "less than 10" sex partners. WTF? Does she think all the prostitutes in the world sit around shagging each other in boredom? The average prossie has hundreds of clients in her career, and most clients will see more than one girl in their lifetime, so I really doubt "the average male" has "less than 10" sex partners! Less than 100, more like; more if he's got more to spend!)

You're right - these sorts of surveys are always completely inaccurate cos they never even really take into consideration that the definition of 'sex' is different to different people. I mean, as an example, I do find work sex to be different to 'real' sex in my mind, although obviously they look much the same. And some people might not count oral/hand-stuff, or super-drunken one night stands that they can't remember.

So yeah, I can understand if clients put "prossies I've shagged" and "other women I've shagged" into two different lists. We all do have to compartmentalise, after all.
