Can I ask a dumb question, when they say XXl does that mean leg length or thigh circumfrance?

Sadly I think they assume because you're podgy you're tall too!

Anne summers with deep lace top and if you get the fishnet ones they never rip, I used these to dance and even when on the pole or on floor they are very elastic so good value although not cheap to buy.
