We are selling our bodies at the end of the day and I think we have a professional obligation to keep our bodies in the condition our customers expect. I go to the gym (although not as often as I'd like) and I'm careful to eat enough that I don't lose too much weight, because my customer base likes my curves. I think of beauty/fitness regime as basic maintenance: I expect my hairdresser to have access to the latest dye techniques. I expect my driver to be good at driving and not be 1 ticket from losing their license.
. Yup, you got to be sexy, not gross!   :)

I think you've got to be yourself regardless of appearance and in my own opinion ( it's not a statement) some guys don't want the best looking girl in the world ( because it can make them feel less attractive or self conscious ) .
I think gross is a very strong word but I truly believe there's somebody for everyone .
Hygiene is more important than attractiveness , and what's attractive to one is not always to another ,  mean I've seen some girls profiles that are less than my ideal of attractive but their busy , and have personality .

Yes I agree - you don't have to look like a supermodel, and in my case I'm plus size and obviously appeal to that target market. But you do need to be seen as making an effort. If you greet a punter with greasy hair, 2 days worth of stubble on your fanjo, and make no effort at conversation, you're not going to get a lot of repeat business!

Was recalling this the other day with a touring buddy so thought I'd share as it's weirdly funny now LOL.

I had a client a while back, he was a little bit simple but was an easy booking.  Or so I thought!  Deed done and off he went to shower.  Came out of en-suite and closed door behind him.  I showed him out.  This is where it all went horribly wrong.  I walked into the bathroom to tidy and OMG the stench.....he had crapped everywhere!!!  Everywhere but IN the toilet, hadn't even lifted the lid, had crapped on that...the shower tray was covered...it was up the door...just everywhere!!!  Needless to say he is stored in my phone now as shitty pants!!!!  ;D ;D ;D

Plus size is not an issue.  You will find out the horror of going through aging whilst escorting at some point in your life.  Maybe, you wouldn't with the positive attitude.

Well I'm already in my 40s. I hope to get another 10 years. I've already used the phrase "Young man, my vagina is not a trampoline!" before  ;D

I think that's only when you start young - and are generally a lot more sensitive about it, e.g. hitting 25, then 30. I didn't start escorting until 47 and have zero fucks to give about my age. I'll keep whoring as long as I'm enjoying it and physically capable!

That's great.  Power of positivity.   I know men don't care but sadly, I can be the worst  self-critic!

Anyway to bring this back to the original topic:

Thank you VC. I'll split off the posts about ageing and whatever when I get to a computer because it's well worth a thread on it's own, but once again in the meantime can we please try to stick with the subject?
