If you don't want to go under the knife. Then you just have to accept and embrace it.
You can improve some things with a bit of work. If you're butt is sagging, Get on your bike literally.
Work hard in the gym or even better get out on the roads or parks. Unless you are really disiplined you won't push yourself hard enough in the gym. A few hills will sort you out, great for lifting the bum, out on the roads will also work sagging arms and your thighs and midriff. 5-6 hilly miles 3x a week.
Wrinkles, well the jury is probably out as to whether they work. I reckon we all start using them when the damage is down. Start in your 20s when your skin is still great. Avoid sun beds. My mum had a friend who was the same age and lived in Saudi for years. When they were 40 she looked 8-9 years older than my mum. She is now 60 and looks awful.
Be true in your advertising, don't try and pass yourself of as younger if your wrinkles are saying otherwise. There is a place for everyone. A couple of my regulars have told me they would never see a 20s girl.
But if anyone has any tips for lifting boobs non surgically, I would be forever grateful
