Try and keep time for myself and don't work 7 days a week for months on end, so I don't burn out.
Give the best service I possibly can for every booking, be it a 15min quickie or a 3 hour booking.
Make sure the client leaves satisfied, gets the service they expected (and more if I can

).
Get repeat business (regulars).
Be reliable, punctual, clean, groomed etc.. (professional basically).
Be friendly, polite, and make your client feel special and at ease.

Be the best I can be in every booking basically

Oh yeah, and make a lot of money in the process (which all of the above will probably ensure you will), as it keeps my motivation
up, which in turn makes me give a better service..!

Make sure you keep enough money aside for raining days and holidays.

I have had proper flu for 3 solid weeks and if we do not work there is no cash.

Learn to make a note of timewasters/noshows,arseholes etc on your phone so you filter them out from booking and try not to answer silly texts or emails just block.It keeps you calmer and happier and a happy calm escort works better and in turn gets more bookings.

And make sure you count the money before you put it away out of sight (in another room if possible). Many times I have heard of clients shortchanging girls their cash, if they give you a sealed envelope check it first to make sure it contains the correct amount of money and not note sized pieces of paper.

I had a guy in Belfast once try to pay me with photocopied ?20 notes. Not even photocopied on both sides and was cut up bits of A4 paper. Pathetic! X

This is huge. If you are always living hand-to-mouth and get caught out short of cash, unable to pay your rent, you will be tempted to accept a booking from anyone who calls. Always make sure you are in a position of being able to say "no."

Most important thing in my view- ALWAYS rely on your instinct. If you have a twinge of doubt about a client don't see him. You may turn down a nice man, but really it's not worth getting a nasty one.

Going against all other advice here I've never had daily, monthly or weekly targets. The danger of these is that you run the risk of seeing someone you feel iffy about or don't like just to meet those targets and that's when you get horrid clients or are doing ones who may not be unsafe but are just yucky or hard going and too many of them will make you feel shit about the job.

I personally don't find this industry very predictable. Saying I'll work 3 days and do 2 clients a day (or whatever) has never worked for me so may not work for you. You only have to look at the Is it quiet at the moment? thread to see some women have bad days and bad weeks. I do too, and it took a while to realise sometimes this is just how it is and there's nothing you can really do to get instant bookings. It's a horrible feeling thinking noone wants you, but I know now that often a shit week is followed by a good one or you suddenly get one who books for 4 hours and then comes in 30 minutes and sends you away and you realise you have just made a ludicrous amount of money for not a lot of effort.

Don't be intimidated by those on here who earn a fortune and are always busy- some women are, some aren't. Do what works for you and don't compare yourself to others. We all fit into different markets and niches and have different types of clients and regulars and can work different numbers of times and hours.

Arguabley one who offers a selection of kinks to be honest to be top of top really so not really hugley important you can be a busy girl without kinks.

I don't think you need to spend that much time every day on advertising to be successful. It also depends how much work you actually want.

I knew a kid back home who actually got away with counterfeiting notes by photocopying them. He'd make double-sided copies (took him a while to perfect that) and trim them carefully and then insert them into the machines at the train station that made change. He actually survived on this for a while (in a grubby, squatter/punk rock sort of way). Unfortunately for him, he had the best luck with one particular batch that he made a great many of and so the inspectors were able to pin ALL of them to him when they caught him because they all had the same serial number. He went to jail.
