Do you ever get asked to wear a particular colour lipstick ? I seem to be forever in dark red lipstick; is that popular with youre clients too?.
They love it on their cocksduring  bj  and when i kiss! feel naked without it sometimes!!
would like to know youre preferences too.
 ;)

If asked to wear lipstick it is red otherwise pink lip gloss usually works.

For the perfect red lipstick shade I agree with PP and I only wear RUBY WOO by Mac. Its fantastic and it has been designed to flatter any shade so you coukd be as dark as Alex Wek or as fair as Lilly Cole and it looks great.

However I stopped wearing it it out and about as the attention I got from it was just crazy!!! So it is fashionable again to wear red lipstick day to day but yes certain men will see as 'sex kitten'  ::)
So, what she done said was that happy hoes ain’t hating and hating hoes ain’t happy.

Always, unless they specify a bare faced look.

As I work more as a pro-sub than as a 'traditional' escort, red lipstick is great because it smears well with smacks and tears.

I find any of the MAC colours (Ruby Woo and Russian Red, especially) work, with good matte coverage. Cherry lipliner if I want a bright red, and Moss liner if I want a more plummy colour. I top it with Lipcote and I'm game for a few hours. A hard throat fuck with a toy or tears/spit will move it, and I always bring extra because I often get asked to top up.

Bright red lipstick is favoured by me as it stands out well against my complexion.

Yes French girl you are right if you dont want the lipstick to smudge or move then apply a lipstick stay. It is like a varnish you apply over the lipstick  ;)

Also I recently bought REBEL by Mac and that is a lovely vamy plummy berry shade I can wear day or night and it screams VAAAAMMP look but dont touch  8)

I wear Benefit red lipstick, the one in the black tube. It looks amazing, is easy to put on, his a solid gel constancy so good if you are not  wanting hipline bleed and best of all, once you have had your hello snog its licked straight off but leaves your lips stained a besting red so you won't then get it on his clothes.

Use this, I use it every day in different colours (the red is wonderful) ..... seriously long lasting, really good, I would not use anything else :

http://unspottedbeauty.com/maybelline-superstay-24-color-lipstick/

I bought this yesterday in Red Passion tested by going to sleep in it, still perfect this morning. The only thing is its a matte finish so if you lile the glossy look you will need to apply a clear gloss.

:)
I'm not a one to remember to top up my lippy but like yourself I go more for a darker red. Scarlet red screams out 'cheap tart'. Sorry if it sounds offensive but it is just my opinion.

And thats what Ive worn since been 14yr old !!

No offence taken :) . I love the pale skin /black hair/red lips thing AKA Dita Von Teese . Some do look cheap ( imo) when the tone isnt right ,eg- orange toned reds on pale skin - yuk.  The darker reds are more wearable.

I hate it getting messy though , the maybelline 24hr coulorstay lipstick is a godsend.

Thats the one !! Cant live without it now :)

I also recommend the Benefit "Benetint" ...Its a red stain for cheeks and lips , looks more natural and doesnt budge .

I think thats the one Dita Von Teese wears , recommended in her "Burlesque/Fetish" book on the "femme fatale kit check list " :)

Nikhall yeah that is also what puts me off, even with the so called stay proof ones. If it does get somewhere it will be a nightmare to get off. It stains skin, bedding & clothes.

I will still try those products mentioned. Fingers crossed!

The maybelline 24hr one works great...what i have found though is if i do my make up just before the client is at the door , it WILL smudge , you need to give it a good 10mins to set ....Let it set properly before anything comes near your lips and it will be fine :)

I never wear lipstick, or perfume so my clients don't get in to trouble.

I have thought about experimenting with lipstain though... any recommendations?

( going to bow out of this thread now as ive realised ive made about 6 seperate posts ......red lipstick is close to my heart !)

Ooo Im going to go and hunt some of that benetint down, when I was younger I could pull off the rich lipsticks but not that I'm older I find  they just make me look like mutton dressed up as something trying to resemble lamb. Not a good look. I dab my make up brush into vaseline then scrape off the excess before dabbing it in my eyeshadow and it goes on like the best gel eyeshadow in existence, gives a nice soft dewey fresh eyed look whereas the powder can  makes my look dried out I think. Buggers up your brushes but it gives a fabulous professional touch to your make up. I don't buy the gel eyeshadows anymore as they tend to dry out before I have even got half the tiny pot used, this way is far more money friendly?and middle aged chloe friendly x

I LOVE the look of red lipstick, but have never ever been able to wear it! I am blonde and have the kind of skin that goes red very easily, I always look like I'm blushing. Red face with red lips doesn't go  :'(

Ive been wearing my Ruby Woo lippy and Cherry liner all day today and its totally fine providing your client doesn't eat your face off.

I thought it would be nice for a wee change since I have all black underwear on and my hairs the darkest shade of brown.

My morning client loved it and my next client is mega late but he's on his way, hope he likes it too.

This thread is making me want to give it another go! Maybe Ruby Woo?

And maybe if I wear good matt makeup with subtle eyes?

Otherwise, it just looks crap on me.
