Just curious on what everyone finds comfy or sexy for work. Normally, I wear either corset, body stockings or a bustier with some hold ups. Does anyone go for the plain look, bra and underwear? I have been thinking of trying babydoll sets /chemises but worried it might look to tame?
What lingerie do you also hate with a passion?

I wouldn't call it a plain look but I much prefer a nice set of matching lingerie with boy shorts or French knickers with hold ups or stockings and suspenders, depending on the set I chose for each booking.
I didn't like anything too restricting or tight.
Sometimes I wore a robe over what I had on and other times I wore a LBD or similar.
What did/do I hate with a passion ........THONGS ....... Must be the worst piece of underwear ever invented. I'm a BBW with big hips to hold them up .... But that meant a big arse too. Then there is the stick insects who they don't suit either for they look as though they are going to fall down, ROFL. Just who were they designed for ? ...... Men? To admire women's arses?

Yes I am with you on that Lady Lust. I hate thongs, they look awful. I love the short style briefs and french knickers so sexy. I usually ask what the client would like me to wear, surprisingly most ask for bra and briefs with either hold ups or stockings and suspenders but I am always dressed. Last weekend though I spent a small fortune on basques from a local designer in Chester with the idea they are for work, but secretly they are for me because I just loved them. I have one client next week who wants a body stocking and I don't actually own one so will have to go and get one.

I offer lots of kissing, cuddling and girlfriend stuff. Most guys want to get my clothes off quickly and have lots of skin on skin contact and having lots of little hooks to undo or really fiddly lingerie is such a pain, so I tend to stick to a pretty bra and underwear set and hold ups or stockings and a suspender belt. Some of my dresses have built in cups or are backless so sometimes I don't wear a bra, just underwear, all my clients love it when they pull down my dress and I'm not wearing one! I occasionally dress up a bit in a basque or a lacey body just for something a bit different but I don't think they even care that much about what I'm wearing.

Stockings, nice if plain bra and knickers (I am still quite poor - the nice stuff will come when they pay for it!), and corsets too if I'm feeling fancy. I have two really nice ones. Love corsets. I reckon I will have a whole collection of them by this time next year.

I've never seen the point or attraction of thongs either, but it's suspenders that do my head in. After five minutes of wrangling I can feel massively satisfied that I've finally managed to fasten a back one, and then 'ping', it's gone again!
Why can't they design stockings with a sort of 'tab top' like curtains, that you could just put a loop through? Someone needs to re-design them and go on Dragon's Den!

My favourite things! Lingerie!
As much as I love corsets and basques I find them so difficult to put on my myself. But I'll wear them to surprise a regular sometimes. Otherwise I like good quality bra knickers combo with suitably matching stockings with belt or hold ups. I like my chemise and baby dolls too and have worn body stockings but I find I'm not tall enough for them...
But as stated above most clients don't seem to notice as they try to get you out of clothes for skin contact asap when I want to show off my new collection.

Oh where to start!!
I have spent an absolute fortune on the stuff! I wear basques, babydolls, suspenders (anything frilly, really) as I go for a retro look with a burlesque twist. I love tutus, gloves, and especially halter neck basques/corsets with matching frilly knickers and the more outrageous shoes the better! I also wear thigh high boots when the mood takes me. I also love aprons as they are so sexy and love peeling off the layers in front of clients - they love it too!!
I have a deep lust for fishnets (the big ones). I wear hold ups if I have a dressing up request for one of my advertised personas but my favourite is definitely stockings and suspender belt.
I hate THONGS and they always seem to come attached to anything I buy. I cut them off along with the tags (an inside labels which I hate too) plus these stupid bits that you're supposed to use to hang things up (Aghhhhh)and bin them. Seriously, they would not fit over my right labia lip!!
My favourite colours are black/red/pink/ blue/white.
I've gotten all excited now about what outfits I'm wearing tomorrow :D :D :D

I find corsets & the like a bit stiff to wear, i prefer to comfy & be able to take it off easy. I do own a few corsets but the bendable comfy kind.
But i do the bra, french knickers & suspender belt with thigh high black socks for the winter or lace hold ups. I recently got some nice stuff from victoria secrets, i tend to avoid ann summers these days as they are poorly fit, primark can be surprisingly good for lingerie, well fit & nice designs but pretty samey as regards to their designs they just seem to change the color of their bras & move the lace.
I am waiting for a pre planned black friday sale at agent provocateur as i've got my eye on a game of thrones looking blue set of lingerie (currently around ?500 for the set O.o) I think agent provocateur is the almighty lingerie we all wish we wore on a daily basis.
Teddies are good but i feel it doesn't give the support my boobs need as i wear tight dresses to open the door it looks a bit lumpy underneath.

Christ, I don't. I remember buying from their mail order nigh on twenty years ago when the stuff was all lovely and beautifully made - I looked through the sale in one of their shops a few months back and was appalled at the tackiness and drop in quailty. I'd rather wear M&S :D.
Coco de Mer seems to have taken up where they left off, thankfully. Not that I'd ever wear it for work just to get torn, stolen and generally mauled to death >:(.

I see they do a lot of harness type lingerie, aliexpress you can get harness wear for very cheap. Not leather mind you. You can get a body harness for about ?7.
Harness better for bondage type / goth mind you. But the style that these upper scale lingerie shops use a lot of lingerie has simple harnesses incorporated.

The AP stuff I've seen would only look good on a perfectly fit model. Lingerie that works with the maturing body stumps me. I do see some sort of retro, high-waisted stuff. But they involve suspenders and stockings and that would annoy me. I'd like to find a teddy thing that has the ability to somehow either glide over or nip in the waist. Most of them, however, don't work with my boobs (which are small and so don't do well with attempts to push 'em really high, etc. ) I do look good in those very tight control slips - like a stretchy under dress thing.

I've never liked wearing corsets and suspender belts.
I always wear hold up stockings as they are easy to throw on and take off.
Thongs I find them really comfy anyway.
I tend to wear a push up bra, often under a tight mini dress that covers the hold up tops, or a babydoll if its a busy day.

I don't like AP either, it's become cheap and nasty. I know the lady that owns the store but wouldn't dare to say it to her! I do wear their seamed stockings very often, and if I just need to look smooth under a dress I wear woolfords. Someone told me that once you have tried them you will never go back! It is sooo true!!
I love proper corsets with heavy bones, I wear a waspie at the least every day, it feels good and really gives you a nice shape after a few months. I am very tall and things like teddies are never long enough in the body, they would totally cut me in half ! lol!

I pretty much always wear bra and a thong (unless requested otherwise) because it looks relatively sexy on my body and easy to take off. I'm under impression that most ladies think stockings to an obligatory or a ''conventional'' oufit in this line of work and as though you're expected to wear it for every booking.
It's not the most comfortable thing to wear as far as I'm concerned so I won't wear it unless I really have to ( it's stated on my profile).
p.s. not that I like thongs very much or find it to be a particularly erotic piece of lingerie- it's just less fiddly.

Well, I'm one of those who loves AP. Before I actually visited an AP shop, I didn't think much about them. I felt it was ridiculous to pay so much $$$$ for little pieces of cloth. But after my first visit and subsequent purchases, I have fallen in love with their stuff. The best part is that they have matching sussies which is hard to find anywhere else. The part I hate is how expensive they are. Learnt it the hard way when I left my panties at a client's hotel and had to get them replaced!!!
I'm very GFE so I don't normally wear anything to exotic. Generally, I tend to stick to a matching bra and bottom. I hate thongs and the wedgie it gives me but it makes my arse look better so I endure. And even though I love wearing stockings and suspenders, I don't normally wear them unless have been specifically requested. The weather here is too hot for that.
I would love to wear babydolls but I don't see punters going for it.

Why the FUCK won't my hold-ups stay up??? Is it because I buy cheap Primark ones that fall off after one wear?
Is it because of bodylotion?? They drive me nuts, just as well I only do in-calls, they won't even stay up from the
livingroom to the bedroom, never mind walking to a hotel!!
They'd be round my bloody ankles halfway there..! >:(

Sexy knickers, and matching bra, mesh dress, heels and hold ups. Lots of stocking and hold ups problems in here! Stick some tit tape on the top of the bands near the sticky bit, it's not perfect if you sweat like crazy in a booking but keeps them up alot longer.

Wouldn't bother for 30 mins though.
Suspenders are fiddly and a lot of men don't seem to understand the stockings and sussies need to come off before my panties can but I do prefer them a lot more now.
P.S Siorse - I was a fan of M&S hold ups, they never ripped or laddered and not too expensive. They stayed up even on my short little legs.

Wearing knickers over the top of the suspender belt is recommended however I then find clients putting their hand down under the belt, which can stretch and distort the fabric. As a result I sometimes wear over the top, sometimes under and I have developed a trick of flicking the suspender clasps off with one hand, only takes me about 30 seconds to detach all the clasps, and remove the belt.

Having rather chunky legs I always buy M & S hold ups but wear them with suspenders. I find that ordinary stockings do not withstand "action".
I love matching lingerie but always find myself drawn to the same colours over and over and dependent on the season sometimes find it is difficult to find something classy for work.
Fingers crossed that the jewel colours will be back in fashion

I suppose it depends in the appointment. If it is a high end client long booking I will whip out the designer stuff, Myla, AP, Pleasure State, and of course the killer stockings with the wide bands, and Christian Louboutains. Mid range clients get the aubade, simon perle, buttress and snatch.
Dom clients get what ever fetish gear I have to hand, and am in the mood to wear. I don't do rubber. It is a bitch to get in and out of. Unless they are paying serious bucks, I can't be bloody asked to rearrange my spine to get in and out of it.
Personal undies, Primark lace hipsters, 4 to a pack for 2.50. I buy these in lots of 10 packs at a time. I love this panties. Comfy, colourful, and easy on and off.

Primark is class for lacy nickers! I buy them in bulk as well :) (I get the odd request of a client wanting to rip my panties off,
which I don't mind as they're so cheap anyway but look lovely all the same).
I'll try the M&S hold-ups and see if they'll stay up, my legs are quite long (I'm 5ft9), maybe that's the problem, god knows.. ???

Primark hold-ups are wank. Asda, on the other hand, are pretty good.

It's worth checking the Stockings HQ website for unusual sizes, especially when they have offers on.

Since I am so tall (with proportionately large feet) I have to admit that I have been tempted to look to retailers that service the transgender community. There used to be an awesome place in San Francisco on Haight Street that catered to strippers and drag queens. Large shoes, crotch-high boots, feather boas, pasties (not practical but fun to think about) were all available in a huge variety of styles. I wish I could pop into a place like that once in a while.

Good quality hold ups (over ?9?) shouldn't fall down, I've worn brand new hold ups casually for the entire day, it takes about 3 days before the sticky need a wash to get it properly sticky again
Obviously don't use body lotion or any powders on your thighs lol
Try the next smaller size down?
Position the bands at the top of your thighs but not too high at the very top that your bum cheek causes the top of the band to peal over causing the sticky grip to rub against your dress.

I'm wearing a suspender belt there its just for my photos, I wouldn't bother wearing it on busy days unless requested. It takes ages to get the clips securely in place over the thick sticky band of the hold up stocking.
Love these stripper heels as well, are surprisingly comfortable, for a short while lol

I've been finding a lot of good deals on Amazon... well, the stuff hasn't arrived, yet, but I'm buying things that has a lot of good reviews. Much cheaper than Lovehoney or the other sites that pop up when I google "Sexy Lingerie UK" - although if it's coming from China you need to be verrrrry careful about sizing. I think sizes from abroad run small because they probably use the official measurements for what UK sizes are supposed to be and we've all been spoiled by vanity sizing in the shops. In other words, I'm a pretty reliable size 12 on the High Street but I suppose that would be down to vanity sizing.
Anyway, I'm trying my hand at more fancy lingerie. Seems like I ought to put the effort in - even though some clients probably don't care I do think many of them appreciate the effort. So I've bought a waspy corset. It looks great but sure is a bitch to put on. I'm also trying to get into the habit of wearing stockings and suspenders. What a faff! But rather than wait to be asked and then feel resentful, I'm just putting them on unasked.
One problem I have is trying to guess what will look good on me. Everything looks fucking great on lingerie models but I can't tell how that will translate to a middle-aged non-model. :-\

Debenhams does a fabulous stocking and hold up, nice large lace top. And the large fits me, and I and 6ft.
H&M has a great cheap and cheerful stocking with a simple smooth band. Great for under closer fitting outfits.
The issue with Primark hold ups, is they are quite small. So the large comes to just above my knee. Aww no.

A tip to help with them lasting longer, spray hairspray on them when you just take them out the package. A light misting.

I always wear bra and frilly pants as my waist is my best asset and I'm short so anything that cuts me across the middle like suspender belts makes me look silly, so hold ups for me mainly too.
I find jasper conran stockings from debenhams are fab, micro fishnet and seemed , both with a wide lace band so they never move and I have chunky thighs too!

My fave is a sexy matching bra and panties with hold ups. As someone else has mentioned about belts, I've had enough of the bloody things popping off, shame really, as I love the suspender belt look. I love wearing a sexy robe over the top to greet my clients, I have a gorgeous one with an open back, I fell in love with it as soon as it arrived!
I agree with many on thongs and g strings, I used to wear them religiously when I was a young'un, but cannot stand them now. I hate the lumpy look a bit of string around the hips cause (im not exactly toned lol) and my fanny lip will end up escaping.
I love the look of French knickers, but yet again, I don't have the lips for them, major camel toe! Hahahahaaaaa.
I predominantly buy work stuff from Anne summers atm, but a barely have a chest to speak of, so don't have to worry too much about the fit as no shop produces something that fits properly, so I've just got used to it and now improvise with fillets to actually fill out the bloody things! Lol. But once I have a BA I shall go crazy on a work shopping spree buying quality underwear, I can't wait! ;D

I also love the La Senza stuff. Those cheeky wee t shirt backed bras, oh they do get the lads humming. I am so going to raid that shop as well. God you have no idea how I have missed shopping in the UK! I would like to melt down the CC, but I can honestly say, I am so used to paying so much for the simplest things, I now think every thing is so cheap.

I bought a beautiful "silk" kimono-style dressing gown (with "oriental" designs all over it) very cheap on Amazon. They sell them for about a tenner in all sorts of bright colours. I think they look really great over my lingerie to answer the door or to pull on at the end of the booking.

Sadly, La Senza is no more, went into administration in the U.K think you can order from Canada but once you start adding custom charges and holding charges not worth it.

Ha! I haven't been in there since they measured me as a 32A - they measured OVER my clothes in the middle of the shop and I was wearing a flat unpadded bra - I knew I was at least a C cup ::) Went to debenhams and they measured me properly as a 30D. Seriously don't see the point of a bra shop where they can't even measure what size you are. About time it closed down.

I've got the same problem with red sets, my fave colour but I've had to put myself on a red ban, so just bought a turquoise set, from AS funnily enough, and now realised the colour will look awful on me and wash me out until the summer comes and I get a tan :FF hahaha, oh well ::) at least I was good and stuck to the red ban, that's something at least! Lol xox

I have a gorgeous peacock blue matching bra-and-knickers set from Primark and now I wish I could find a set in the same colour that includes a suspender belt, etc. I did, at least, manage to find a beautiful "silk" Chinese robe with the same shades of blue in it.

I buy whatever I can get to fit as can't afford to have bras specially made.
Thankfully you do now get large bras in nice designs although they do still seem to mostly come in black or white.

Thankfully you do now get large bras in nice designs although they do still seem to mostly come in black or white.

Well, I have been very busy buying lots of new lingerie. Nothing too expensive, but I've hunted online (mostly Amazon, a bit of Lovehoney) and gone to Primark and Ann Summers, and I've assembled a great deal of stuff. I have bra/knicker/suspender belt sets, corsets, retro girdles, basques, etc. I've even got a French Maid costume, and a "sexy nurse" one - both from a costume shop at the shopping centre and both really very nice. I still have to sort out a couple of little things like ruffled garters for the French Maid, a white thong for the nurse, and that sort of thing. More bits and bobs are in the post, like some elbow-length satin gloves and some white shoes to wear with the nurse and "virginal" get-ups.
I realised that I'm going to struggle to keep it all straight if I let it jumble in drawers. So, I'm going to buy the largest ziplock freezer bags I can find and put everything into the bags... bra, knickers, suspender belt, accessories, etc. all together in the bag. Then, I will use smaller ziplock bags for pairs of stockings (if they're not still in their original packaging.) I will have to put a slip of paper in there as a tag that will indicate hold-ups vs suspender stockings.
This should help me to keep things straight.
I just have to get photos of everything for my profile. No big hurry on that, though. I can trickle them in over time - always good to keep the profile updated.

Then, two days ago I had a morning of organising my sex toys, lube, condoms, etc. Put fresh batteries in everything, cleaned and sterilised everything (which I do when I use them, anyway, but this was an extra soak in detol), and organised my toy boxes. It felt really good.
I think I may get one of those organising drawers - you know, those stacks of three or so drawers (would be nice to get wooden/wicker ones but may have to be plastic). Put that by my bed and organise my toys in that.

I reckon we could be twins! I regularly reorganize things, today is the sex toys! And I have my most commonly used toys in a wicker basket on top of my bedside cabinet (which is a massive antique phone seat thing, as I have so many toys, lube etc lol)
I have to admit, I've NEVER owned a Santa costume before as I always thought they were tacky and clich?, sorry if I've offended anyone! But now in this job, and reading a post recently, it made me want to get one for my clients, lol, couldn't decide which one I preferred and didn't know which one will look best, so bought all three plus some accessories, though my purse isn't happy about that! Lol.
Though I wouldn't advise wicker baskets for your lingerie, it could snag and ruin stockings, lace etc.
As I've gone crazy and bought loads of crap recently and just had another client yesterday ask to leave his new toys here (married man) I'm going to have to move to accommodate all it! Hahaha xox

Yeah, that thread about Santa outfit made me consider it, too! But I figured I would only wear it a couple of weeks (unless requested to wear something else) and so I went for French Maid and Nurse.
I meant the "nice" tower of shelves that has wooden or wicker or bamboo sides (usually painted white) and regular drawers (sometimes fabric lined.) I will probably get a tacky plastic one, instead! In fact I may get two (and replace the glass-topped bedside tables that don't even have any drawers. One for lingerie and one for sex toys.

I might redo my bedroom with new furniture next year to make it nicer and more practical on storage. I live in a one bed flat, and the bedroom is an odd shape, so can't do much with it. Biting at the bit to get a property swap for something bigger!
I had the exact same thoughts about the Santa outfit, but didn't stop me spending over 70 quid buying all of it, I'm blatently going to be face planting my Palm in the new year when I realise I only wore them a handful of times! Ended up going to Ann Summers and bought two pairs of white hold-ups ::) (coz they're so hard to get anywhere else)
but the sales-girl said I should take large ones as I'm tall (5ft9"), but I feel they're too ,dunnno, loose if you know what I mean..
Anyway, moral of the story, came back gutted, stressed out with all the x-mas craziness, and with fukall to show for it >:(
So much for retail-therapy...

WHAT?! You must be visiting a very small or otherwise lame Primark. Mine has plenty of that stuff but an entire, large, section of the slutty stuff - brightly coloured bra and knicker sets, some with suspender belts, and plenty of basques as well - several different colours of them.
By the way, I spent Monday afternoon sorting my stockings. Paired them all up and put the ones that were opened/out of their packet into ziplock sandwich bags. I then put all the lingerie sets together, but I couldn't find the really large ziplock bags for those. Supermarket only had medium ones.

I found in recent months 3 sets of nice lingerie in Peacocks ;D I used them for some photos and they got nice comments. I don't use them by default for every booking but if someone particularly likes corsets then I use it for them. 2 of them have a suspender attached. The busts are a bit small for me though but for the job I think it's fine if you're bursting out with a bit of flesh on show :).

Well you could post the links in a non-clickable way like everybody else manages to, and maybe one at a time instead of in sixes. Or you could just suggest people go and have a look on Stockings HQ - doing a quick Google search isn't generally beyond the skillset of our members, despite what you might think.
Either way if you want to query something that's nothing to do with anybody else on the forum, PM somebody about it rather than bellyaching on the public board in a thread that most of us barely glance at.

I had wonderful customer service from StockingsDirect. I just called to ask for specific recommendations and the man who answers the phone really knows his stock. I said that I wanted suspender stockings that would definitely be long enough for me. He asked for more details on what I wanted and I was able to specify that I wanted black, no patterns or back seam, and a plain top rather than a lacy top. I told him my inseam to give him an idea of what I was looking for and he quickly recommended two styles for me.
I would imagine if you called him and described what you wanted he would be able to give good recommendations.

I wanted to give you all a heads up on What Katie Did lingerie...
WKD makes really nice, relatively reasonably-priced, retro lingerie. You know, girdles and pointy bras and stuff like that. I've been eyeballing their suspender girdles online for a while, now. Luckily I came across some in a shop today and tried them on. Well, I am pretty reliably a size 12. If I go into a store and grab a size 12 off the rack, 9 times out of 10 it will fit me. So, I tried on three different styles of girdle in a size 12 and they were absolutely TINY. I mean, no way in hell were they going to go up over my hips or - in the case of the side-fastening one - close up the side. I would say that I would need a size 16 in them (and the store didn't have any.)
So, if you're considering some of their stuff, make sure to check the sizing very carefully as they run very small.
Meanwhile, my corsets from China have been arriving (very affordable, maybe ?20 or so each and available in every colour of the rainbow.) I'm pretty impressed with them. They're nothing like the quality of a ?200 steel-boned corset from a speciality shop but they'll do for occasional play.
I'm just trying to get the hang of putting them on and lacing them up!

You might not have any choice but to buy online, it will probably be very difficult to find somewhere that does large size lingerie (and those that do will probably count large size as a 16-18 and a DD cup (maybe a G cup if lucky) at the most).

There is a 30% sale on AP in Harrods now, I have stocked up on stockings. Also 50% off Intimissimi which I find perfect for work,as you can buy a 'luxurious' looking set for 20, and look nice and classy without paying lots and also if you accidentally destroy or loose one piece it's not the end of the world.
I find Primark good for cotton bras and knickers to walk around the house and going shopping feeling comfy, and the hold ups are alright. Can't expect too much from 2,50 hold ups. I normally get 4-5 wears out of 1 pair.
Also, TK maxx sometimes has real diamonds, I once bought a myla set for 30, and brands like Elle Mcpherson which I would never pay the full price, but for ?15 I might be tempted.

The clinic was in Birmingham and then about 3 years later I found out they went into administration, the consultant I talked to on the phone about it said Mya bought them out, I think.
Pretty cool hu, he was only a 38y/o plumber at the time lol, he came into some inheritance so we helped each other out so to speak. He didn't exactly pay for it he was more of a loan so I gave him a lot of overnights for cheap.

Your boobs are big, not your back - I think the poster above has mixed them up. I can vouch for this because you're the same size as me :).
Measurements don't matter half as much as trying bras on and making sure they fit - I have them in 32G, 32GG and even 34G in makes where the back/cup sizes run big or small. They're like shoes; I could try on 5 pairs of size 4 shoes but not all would fit me properly and be comfortable.

your back. if you are a 32GG i'd expect your chest measurement to be about 38/40inch and your under bust to be 32.

This has been helpful reading, I need to check out Intimissimi I think. I really struggle to find bras that don't look awful on me, Primark sets HATE my shape and look awful whatever size I try.

I got a matching set from there over a year ago for ?25 and it's still going strong, and I feel a million dollars in it. Gives my boobs a lovely shape, and as I dislike them out of a bra this means a lot!!

My breasts are ultra sensitive so a bra has got to be a really good fit for me, as so many are uncomfortable, Primark being the worst for comfort (for me) I also find the bra nicker and suspender sets in there look pretty or sexy, but the suspenders keep unclipping or break after one or 2 wears! I mostly but lingerie when the shops have offers on such as buy the bra, get nickers free or 20% off at least. Someone was saying on another thread (or this one) that they're happy to spend ?35 on a bra! No way, if you shop around there's always offers on. I certainly don't pay that.

They do ones with the stripes on the legbands and one with flowery lace legbands.If you really want budget ones wilkos also do ones that are something like 3 for 2 pair and they are tolerable especially good if you have a client that likes to take them off cos your not arsed if they ladder.

Cocode mer carry some independent designers stuff but not sure (as Amy says) if it's good for work. They are perfect if you happen to have a big spending BF ;D

I noticed the fussiest clients are usually the most annoying ones so I don't bother with them and with super duper lingerie for ?300-500 if they only pay me ?130 for hour and I work very little (personal circumstances). I prefer to spend my hard earned money on something slightly more important or fun for me.

For work, I always prefer to wear black undies. Black doesn't get marked easy if your a person who wears lots of make up and stuff.
I think I suit the colour red in clothes but I feel kinda trampy in red lingerie, I dunno.
I love white lingerie but again, I don't think it's practical for work because of make up and stuff.
I have 3 gorgeous Agent Provocateur sets that I think I might wear in a few selfies once I loose a stone (once I'm back to a size 10, currently a 12) but it's definitely not practical for actual work as its fine silk and can only be hand washed.
I prefer things that I can throw in the wash at the end of the day.

All of my AP stuff is a 34E which is as big as they go cup wise and they are terribly fitted.
Really their stuff is only beautiful for photos or I suppose looking sexy in the bedroom, none of their stuff is good for every day use but I guess you wouldn't spend that kinda money on bras and things to just wear under a top.
If you have small boobs then I imagine their stuff is fine but if you have big boobs, it's terrible.

I don't like pinching in underwear so I always go a size up no matter what I buy from anywhere but I had to go 2 sizes up with AP stuff.

Yeah I think a size 1 is for a size 4-6 a 2 is a 6-8, a 3 is an 8-10 a 4 is a 10-12 or something to that effect.

Ive found microfibre and nylon are good for avoiding this. I wouldn't wear them all the time - we all know cotton is better/healthier! - but they'd be fine to go to and from an out-call. They also hold their shape well.
Also, how about trying some colours, like red, teal, bright blue, emerald green, purple etc. - all nice for autumn and winter, and make for a bit of variety?

Sainsbury's, Next and Figleaves have some decent stuff that doesn't cost a fortune, and is comparable to more expensive brands in terms of quality, in my experience.

otherwise trying to rearrange me stockings on public transport so the civvies don't see is a pain

It is difficult to explain why each person is different.
I am currently charging 140h for a vanilla service, I do not do CIM or Anal for this price. Therefore, my rates are high.
The lingerie that is more expensive, usually has more original and eye-catching designs, therefore, I always buy this type of lingerie to make my photographer photos and publish them in adultwork, I really get many calls because my photos with that lingerie draws attention the client's.
Honestly, I do not lack work and nobody protests about the prices.
Could I charge more if I did more services? Yes and I think they would be happy to pay for it, but I prefer not to.

I only buy P.r.i.m.a.r.k. set or mix and match but same colour. I would not spend allot for this industry for idiots. So long as it looks nice and they will take it off does not stay on for long. I do spend allot for personal life. Most clients wont know difference as their willy is already stiff and hard and ready to undress you. Most times I end up forgetting my knickers so it won't hurt my soul that I spent 30 quid or more in underwear that i forgot at outcall booking etc. P.r.i.m.a.r.k. is for me.

Totally agree. I find the high street stuff, Anne summers, etc is ok for working in but for comfort and quality is pretty naff. The suspenders drive me barmy at times; the plastic fasteners often have me cursing constantly. Nothing worse when you’re having to fiddle about with them when your with a client.
I have my working stuff and non working stuff. There is an element of crossover but I try and separate where I can. I have some lovely, ‘what Katie did’ and ‘Secrets in lace’ etc. Some of that has been bought by clients so I do wear for work sometimes. But as a rule I keep separate and wear in my private life. Both work and private I tend to wear metal strap belts as they feel more secure and hold stockings more tightly.
I love all expensive lingerie, especially if it’s gifted to me :)
Only stuff I’m not really keen on is agent provocateur. Think it’s way overpriced!

I bought from StockingsHQ and went for a deep belt with 4 straps. It feels much higher build quality than my last one. The clasps are metal. Cost me £35ish.

I've looked everywhere and and the only ones I can find that cater for a small band size are bravissmo and Beaux Avenue who dont have a great selection. I wonder if anyone knows if theres anywhere else? Agent provocateur and Victoria's Secrets both start from a band 30/32 :-( I would love to have a great selection as I love dressing up for bookings but I'm left with little choice.

Bra maths is your friend!
I am a 28F, and in my regular life, I wear Cleo by Panache. But for escorting dates, I wear Agent Provocateur in a size 32dd. While I would never consider going for a run in an AP bra, it fits very well. Cup size is calculated by volume, so as I am opting for a larger bra band, the cut size will decrease.
So, using my size as an example - 28F, 30E, 32DD, 34D all work for me. A 32 back is the largest I could consider as the 34 is just a little too loose although the D cup does fit.
It is best to make some time and try various sizes of the range that work for you and try them on, and buy what fits best. I know by sight what styles AP make that will fit my bust and which ones won't.
Fleur of England make smaller back sizes, and I own some of their lingerie too. Also, Playful Promises but I find their lingerie quite substantially built and too heavy for my frame, even so, they do a 28 back and large cups.

I only buy what I love/want to wear, and have many bra and knicker sets in a wide variety of colours, mostly from AP, all with matching suspender belts. I also have corsets, basques, sheer mesh bodysuits, lace bodysuits and a wide variety of stockings too. However, no-one ever requests any of this, they all want just bra and knickers, black or white, in either sheer mesh or lace.
That said, I am so thankful that no-one ever requests a g-string, I hate them, don't own any and would refuse to wear one even if asked to!
If it's an overnight, I sleep in either a silk and lace teddy or a silk and lace camisole with matching French knickers. (Far more appealing than the t-shirt I wear to sleep in when I'm at home!)

Coco de Mer is very nice (or used to be) and while they start at a 30, the stuff runs small and you can always go down a cup size to balance it? Best for when somebody else is paying, admittedly ;D.
Curvy Kate do a 28 band size and some of their sets are good too, although you'll need to rummage a bit :).

I do handwash all bras for the same reason as Mirror, but then I don't really wear them unless I'm working and I don't wash those that often so it's not much of a chore.

Like a lot on here, I don't like all the messing about with holdups, suspenders and all that stuff that seems to be a perceived style of sex workers. I used to do it but it was uncomfortable and unless it was expensive, it soon looked tatty - i either ended up spending a lot on it every month or looking like a proper rough girl.
When I got into outcalls and travelled on public transport, the thought of wearing all that uncomfortable gear and hoisting up stockings every 2 minutes was enough to make me think of giving up.
I then started wearing what I would call "normal" undies and tights instead of stockings and I found that clients did not care. I get the odd one that asks for stockings (not many now) and I just change when I get there or put them on for the appointment on an incall.
One thing I do notice is that clients do like to have sex and run their hands on nylon covered legs - the magic invention for this is crotchless tights. These are very comfy and clients love them with some sexy M&S bikini briefs in matching colour on top. Black is my universal colour for everything.

Some of the Aldi stores are currently selling zip up Mesh laundry bags for washing bra's in the machine. Cheap as chips at 1or 2 squid. Wilko's do them too, but they're smaller and fiddly.
I always wash my work underwear in the sink though.
I wear body/basques with hold-up or stockings. In summer I switch to a fishnet dress (I bought about 5 from ebay at about 6 quid each. They wrap up small enough to fit in the toe of my high heels in my Outcall bag 😎

Be sure to use encryption on your laptop! That solves your problem, and also prevents someone from getting your bank/whoring/client/journal/etc files if your laptop is lost or stolen.
Back on thread topic, for work I prefer lingerie that is easy to take off and holds up to frequent washing. I machine wash due to volume or my skin would probably fall off. I use a mesh bag for all lingerie and delicates.
I must be the exception, because I am only comfortable wearing thongs and rarely wear anything else, work or not. I wear cotton for everyday health/comfort and another nice thing is you never have lines showing and thongs don't bunch as you move around. Another benefit is they don't take space in baggage, and I travel frequently when there are not global pandemics.
Bras are a different story, but less is more for me. I wear sports bras when jogging or exercise, but don't always wear them outside of work, and they usually don't stay on long. I've acquired lot of expensive bras for work over the years, mostly black or white, but don't buy any one brand. I just want them to last, be easy for clients to remove without damage, and look good.

Primark does amazing sets of underwear for not a lot of money and their material is pretty good too.
I am just a B cup so I usually always buy the wonderbra with thongs sets.
In my personal life then I prefer to spend more money on underwear, just if I'm seeing someone that is.

Haha I've been thinking the same! If I die and they find my escort phone with names stored in from men, some with names like 'time wasting twat' or 'no show'.
Then there's all the outfits, toys and lube! If I know I'm going to die then I'll have to plan to throw everything out so no one ever knows ;D

Ace laundry bleach for whites. I don't wear white lingerie, but I like my towels to hurt my eyes when I look over at the airer :D
I do handwash all bras for the same reason as Mirror, but then I don't really wear them unless I'm working and I don't wash those that often so it's not much of a chore.
Oxygen bleach is best for towels and other whites. It's effective and doesn't discolour or stain them. The active ingredient is "sodium percarbonate". You can buy this in bulk either on Ebay or Amazon, or a brewers supplier as they use this for cleaning equipment.
If using a dryer dry towels and lingerie on a low heat. A washing line is less damaging and in the summer UV helps bleach and sanitise. Pop in the dryer when almost dry for 10 minutes to make towels fluffy.
Woollen balls help with drying quicker and fluffs things up.

I discovered fairly early on that most guys aren't bothered about stockings unless they are older. Guys 50+ tend to request them. But younger than that seem to feel they are a bit of a cliche.
I wear them as it saves me shaving my legs :D

I have a default black bra with knickers and suspender belt and stockings but I tend to vary my looks. Sometimes vintage cone bra or regular lace or satin bra. High waist high leg lace or sheer knickers and occasionally 1950s style ruffle knickers. Holdups, or suspenders and stockings. Usually black, sometimes white. Sometimes coloured lace thongs to contrast with black everything else.
I tend to go for older clients who like this kind of thing. I've had younger clients who got off on it too. I know some of it is wasted. I've worn expensive deep lace stockings or glossy and they haven't noticed the change from regular cheap stockings.
I sometimes aim for a certain kind of "look" which can change depending on what clothes I'm wearing, or I just get bored and fancy a change. There's times when I might wear the same look for weeks.
