What have you named clients in your contact list?

I mark mine down if I don't want to see them again. Here are a few I have saved as contact:

Alan kiss (he wants to kiss and I don't do that).
Goes twice, lovely, hard work.
Crutches guy.
Daddy perv.
Dirty CE rapist.
Dodgy?
Fifty notes.
Haggler.
Has been, creepy.
Has been, dodgy eyes.
Has been, LD (let down).
He wants too much.
Hh 15 mins before LD (half hour let down).
Hotel house goes twice.
Hw eyes looking. (hard work).
Indiscreet, has been once.
John overtime (goes overtime).
Mr turn up Nat (no idea).
Never books, not been.

I generally go with the formula of First name, time & date of booking (amended if they're repeat clients to reflect their upcoming appointment)

If there is something noteworthy about them they get an emoji

Thumbs up for good clients
Thumbs down for clients to only see if I'm desperate
Lipstick or Lipstick & cross depending on their makeup preferences
Lips or Lips & cross for their kissing preferences
Shower if they NEED to take shower on arrival regardless of their opinion of the matter
Peach, tongue & peach or tongue & kitty for if they're generally into anal, rimming or eating out just so I can make sure I'm extra well prepared for them
Aubergine for if they're VWE so I can also prepare myself (mentally & physically!)
Water drops if they make me squirt
Clock if they tend to over stay
Panting/hot face if they're very energetic
Gift wrap or bouquet if they bring me prezzies
Heart in bandages if they're emotionally sensitive and need therapy as much as (if not more than) sex
Movie camera if they like to record sessions

And if they've cancelled, no showed or not confirmed I'll also make a note of that as their surname along with the date and if a deposit or cancellation fee is necessary for them to rebook

I don't save numbers without a good reason, that being I either don't want to see them again or there's something about them I need to know about if they book. I have a handful of very long standing regulars saved, but not many.

I have BtC (booked then cancelled, for those who cancel within ten minutes of arranging), LMC for last minute cancel (within an hour of the booking), NC and NS (not confirmed and no show) and SID/SIS (see if desperate/see if starving). Those are the standard ones.

On top of that I have LC (last chance, for those who have pissed me about but get one more go), NA (no advance, for those who can't book ahead because they pissed me about) and No for those who I am never going to see - I keep it non specific because if I don't know which one they are I'm not tempted to engage with them. Also STasF (sounds thick as fuck) for those who are probably nice enough but sound so fucking stupid and obtuse I won't risk letting them in my flat.

I don't save them individually because the above covers most things and I don't need to know who they are if they didn't cause me any problems, but I do have a couple saved as Pits who were fine and pleasant in every way but had stinking armpits. I don't encounter them often so I make a note of it so I know to shove them straight in the shower if they come back :)

I used to name them as ‘Name StreetName’ so I could try and remember who they were, but sometimes they had more memorable attributes - my newest favourite is ‘thick dick old Dan’ 😂

Then I have a no show list , like no show Swansea etc but these all blocked.

Then I have Only if desperate list. These are clients who hard work but not someone I'd refuse too see or i don't like them personally and can tolerate an hour max if I'm desperate / having quiet day.

I have a system uses date they made contact or date of first booking and or any nickname I have for him. If I don't have a name it might be the advert they found, I also often include their method of contact e.g. text or phone call or email. Often interesting when someone says they have never contacted me previously or 'we spoke a few weeks ago' the weeks being months or years. I may have other notes in code for say trying to argue about fees, availability, avoiding the deposit, being pushy...important information.

I did have a system for the blocked/do not answer ones, but eventually it was easier to just save them all as No and not engage with them at all, which it was easier to do if I didn't know which one they were. When I knew it was 'turns up early/sulks when has to wait' or 'didn't read site then pesters for RO' I'm far more likely to waste my time taking the piss.

Same, I have like 200 saved "no's" on my phone, can't remember why I "no'd" them all I know is I did for a reason, in my head they're just "no" so I avoid and don't engage. I don't have the patience to put names to these people.
