I know a lady in Swansea but that is a drive really to get a wax.
She does a bit of everything there - wax, tan, nails. She has one of those ladies with the wrinkle injections come in as well and tattoo makeup. You'll need to drive as she is not in the city so you can't get a train, well, you could but it's a change of train, too much hassle I think.

Cardiff has some good salons if you go out of the city. Look it up, google it or get out your yellow pages.
