Luckily I work from a male friends house and last week someone turned up asking for me! Made me glad I don't live where I work, but hopefully theres not many people out there that do this.

I would have shoved that bottle of champagne right up his ass, after trying to beat him to death with it. Wtf, does he mean coming to your house unannounced!? That is crazy.

Anytime baby...

And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

Yes i would definitely take the hard line and tell him you wont see him anymore.

Don't believe his excuses either. I firmly believe that these sort of men like to try and prey on our good natures. Anyone with full cognative function knows that turning up unannounced on somebodies doorstep at 8.15 in the morning is totally rude, unacceptable and out of order. If you continue seeing him he will just do something else futher down the line that is out of order, then he will apologise and you will be in a pattern of bad behaviour followed by a load of sorrys followed by more creepy actions.

I know cos Ive been there and knocking it on the head is the only way to go.

If you wanted a dog you wouldn't even necessarily need a big scary one, sometimes hearing it bark is enough to put people off without even seeing it. My dog is a tiny little toy dog but if you heard him bark you would think he was 4 times that size!

Well, if you want a guard dog I would suggest do not get a Greyhound.  My hound just yawns if the door bell goes and if I would want to scare anyone away, I need to bark myself, which I may have done once or twice...  If you do get a Greyhound I would suggest to match it with your couch and soft furnishings, it will spend at least 85% of its time on the sofa so might as well look like a decorative massive living cushion.  Occasionally, I poke mine to check if it is still alive, especially when it lies on its back with all four legs in the air.  For scary barking and loads of noise you cannot beat one of those little ankle munchers!

Aww! I'm normally terribly biased towards cats but I think I just fell a bit in love with your dog! :D

ha...reminds me of someone who had a brown retriever, and brown sofa and just blended right in! It was so cute...

Please people, do not get a Dalmation! All that might hurt my eyes, but a matching rug would be cute. Just be sure visitors dont accidently step on the 'rug'
