I've had an anaesthetic spray used on my throat when I had an endoscopy which totally numbed my throat for the purpose, but not sure about using something like that regularly for deep throating...Pain is there for a reason its for your bodies own protection.

(sorry not meaning to be escort nanny I know its everyone's own choice what they do but surely your future health should be considered and this can't be healthy)

It's not to suppress pain but the gag reflex. I'm considering trying it, myself. The gag reflex makes doing ow difficult for me because the tip of the condom hits the back of my throat.

I was under the impression that Rainbow was recommending using throat numbing spray as a mask for pain in order to deep throat? There are positions that make it easier and painless to slide in and out rather than using artificial substances. I'm all for pushing your bodies limits in a good way, exercise = pain for example but that's not doing any damage.

When I do ow I don't deep throat because of the annoying tip, I'd be more concerned about choking on the plastic lol

Sorry, I meant it as numbing my gag reflex for guys that have thicker cocks

Pain is not an issue for me... The gag reflex is. No position makes it easier. Even taking a cock into my mouth is difficult if they have a large bell end.

Today I bought chlorasceptic throat spray. It numbed me to the point of being able to touch the back of my throat with my finger  like it was nothing.

Oh I see, I was just thinking from my point of view I don't have much of a gag reflex at all and never had a cock too big to deep throat, I find it really difficult to actually make myself sick so could never offer vomiting lol   The clinic are always amazed when I have throat swabs that I don't even flinch. Not always a good thing though as I know how *some* clients can try and force their cocks down throats! I don't offer deep throating now as a lot of the time I would get a sore throat after the event because of this.

Anyway my tip of the day is that, due to the amount of clients turning up early and stressing me out, I now aim to be ready for incalls 15 minutes earlier than the booking time,  it also means I can leave earlier too  :)

I'm fine deepthroating when I can control the speed and how many thrusts (unless they are huge) but I get so many push my head down and start thrusting and fucking my head. They some give me such a disgusted look then I throw up on them!

I would love to have my tonsils removed so I can be really good at deepthroat, but not sure if its worth the pain of recovering from the operation x

You can learn how to relax your gagging reflex, part of it is just how your body is (as in some people can anal painlessly some can't, me included) some of it is psychological.  I wouldn't let them push my head down, take it at your own pace  :) I'm not sure if having tonsils removed makes any difference?

Don't be overly trusting. Even good regulars have been known to turn nasty.

Don't exchange your services for a punter helping you out with; ie "maintenance" work it is almost always the kiss of death.

Don't make it a habbit of them overstaying their welcome an excuse of next punter on their way always works a treat.

Once bitten twice shy and all.  :)

I have had a few recently that dont stop talking and try to overstay their time. I need to toughen up and tell them I have someone else. I've just been letting them get away with it x

What I do is fidget uncomfortably for a minute or so and then sheepishly tell them that I really need to use the toilet. If they seem the type to really need a shove I tell them that I need a poo. They will absolutely fuck off if you tell them that you need to take a shit.

That's a fab one  ;D Unless of course its someone whose into hardsports  :o

Seriously though we shouldn't have to make excuses up when the booked time is over, over stayers will say things like "ooh what time's your next one?" As if its got anything to do with them and there are lots of other things we could be needing to do after they have gone.  I wouldn't make an appt at the hairdressers for example then when she's cut my hair, just sit there saying "Oh I might as well stay here and chat for longer because you haven't asked me to leave yet" !!

One particular (now thankfully Ex regular) always used to try and over stay for as long as possible, then when I would have to tell him its time for him to go in the most polite way I could think of, he would say "Oh right its kicking out time then is it?" That used to infuriate me and I would be thinking no it isn't 'kicking out time', the booking was over a while ago now just get the fuck out my face so I can get a shower, eat my lunch, get a breath of fresh air, be peacefully alone lol!  ??? :FF  :FF

Phew!! Think I'm in need of a holiday ha ha ha  ;) :)

This is why I have a playlist. I can see about a foot without my glasses, and probably even not that far if I'm honest. I have to put them back on if I'm going to show punters to the shower or I'd break my bloody neck just trying to find the bathroom.

Im getting like this lol

Even if you have a call blocker, save every number you block and make sure you back up the numbers regularly. My work phone died a few months ago and I had lots of numbers blocked and hadn't saved them :/
