I always wait and see what size they are, then choose the appropriate condom! If it's a regular, I have the right one to hand...

My tip would be use the most indelible/waterproof mascara, eyeliner and lipstick you can find, and invest in a couple of expensive fragranced shower gels so that you smell good even without wearing perfume or body spray (which some clients obviously prefer).

I've grown accustomed to using perfumed body lotions instead of actual perfume, grand idea

* When you get a funny feeling, don't ignore it.
* Take absolutely no bullshit.
* Don't do anything you don't want to do.
* Never give away any personal information about yourself.
* Money first. Always.
* Make sure someone you trust always knows where you are, where you're going, what time you'll be calling to confirm you've finished your booking and that you're safe.
* Keep your money out of sight- when a client pays me at the start of a booking I always go and stash the cash in the kitchen, that way they can't snatch the money back at the end.
* Regularly read safe- the stuff I've picked up from Saafe has been invaluable!
