It's not to suppress pain but the gag reflex. I'm considering trying it, myself. The gag reflex makes doing ow difficult for me because the tip of the condom hits the back of my throat.

I was under the impression that Rainbow was recommending using throat numbing spray as a mask for pain in order to deep throat? There are positions that make it easier and painless to slide in and out rather than using artificial substances. I'm all for pushing your bodies limits in a good way, exercise = pain for example but that's not doing any damage.


When I do ow I don't deep throat because of the annoying tip, I'd be more concerned about choking on the plastic lol

Oh I see, I was just thinking from my point of view I don't have much of a gag reflex at all and never had a cock too big to deep throat, I find it really difficult to actually make myself sick so could never offer vomiting lol   The clinic are always amazed when I have throat swabs that I don't even flinch. Not always a good thing though as I know how *some* clients can try and force their cocks down throats! You can learn how to relax your gagging reflex, part of it is just how your body is (as in some people can anal painlessly some can't, me included) some of it is psychological.  I wouldn't let them push my head down, take it at your own pace  I'm not sure if having tonsils removed makes any difference?

Don't be overly trusting. Even good regulars have been known to turn nasty.

Even if you have a call blocker, save every number you block and make sure you back up the numbers regularly. My work phone died a few months ago and I had lots of numbers blocked and hadn't saved them :/
