I don't think this new hybrid of TW, are the true TW as we know them. I discovered this, when working with a friend. The guy called her, he called me, and then he came to see me. What the clients are doing is they are in a way trying to see who is going to offer them the best deal. They aren't time wasting in as much as price, and service checking. Now the trick I have also learned it isn't who offers more, but who sounds nicer on the phone and who can give a good chat.
