Thinking of doing glamour photography,
« on: 15 October 2010, 10:20:15 pm »
Hi im thinking of  doing photography ( once i have done the  course) and  wondered if you would prefer to have pictures taken by a woman?, maybe if you were new to escorting, I had a look at some pro photographers, who charge ?400 a time and i was thinking.. as an amature id maybe  charge ?200 or somewere along those lines. Just dont know how much interest id have.... and it gives me a reason to have a studio/ place to escort
thoughts on this??? pls :D

As a new escort I thought I would give my personal thoughts on your question. I have been booked in with a 'glamour/escort' photographer for over a month - he is male. I'm not bothered in the slightest about the fact he is male - before I even booked him I knew I would be getting naked in front of men I had only just met so taking my clothes off for some photos is minor!.
Secondly I'm not sure where in the uk you are based but my 1hr shoot with a professional is less than your planned rate as an amateur.

Before anyone wonders if I'm walking into a lions den - I'm not. This guy comes highly recommended and does a lot of photography and websites for escorts in my area.

Hope my input is helpful for you x

Well I take my own photos, but my criteria for choosing any professional service provider certainly has nothing to do with their gender. I would choose a photographer based on whether or not I liked their work and got along with them well enough to feel comfortable (and therefore get some good pictures) - whether they were male or female has nothing to do with anything.

I also think ?200 is steep - the gent in Leeds who takes many ladies pictures around here (especially when they're getting started) charges less than half that for a two hour shoot. If you're really interested in getting into photography why not try advertising time for prints to build yourself a body of work up and get some practice? There are lots of people doing this and it's one way to get yourself seen.
